I have never stayed in a place where the staff were so lazy and rude, the food so unhygienic and the rooms so dirty. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. The entire experience was disappointing from the towels that were yellow with what appeared to be pubic hairs on them, the sheets that did not appear to have been changed, to the breakfast which had what appeared to be dirt and a six inch long curly hair in it. Do not be fooled. This place is to be avoided at all costs.

Excellent location, it is located in Gran Vía, very close to Callao metro station. A very clean room. It wasn't noisy. Air conditioning was good, which was important as I spent really hot days in Madrid. Private bathroom, and wifi with a really good speed. It is really recommended. Staff was really good and kind.

This place is an ok and cheap option for staying centrally in Madrid. It's on Gran Via literally in the vibrant and gay Chueca area. The room was very clean, the bed is comfortable and the staff is sweet and friendly. But there is absolutely no cosiness or soul... it was not a nice and cosy place to hang out, absolutely no ambience. No common areas or a terrace where you could relax. But for the price it is ok.

The rooms are small, the bathroom has no space for 2 people at the same time. If you like or need to sleep with air conditioning and in a cold room, this is not the place. I left the AC running for 2 hours while we went to dinner and at my arrival I was 'repremended' for lack of a better world because the electricity cost. The policy of changing towels every 2 days, is none existent. Ours were change the 4th day. Now ...the location is superb. The rooms and bathroom were extra super clean. The FD attendant Alex is awesome!
