Well, there is nothing to say really, it is just perfect, as it should be. Location is very very strategic. Try the breakfeast, it is worth it. Service is splendid, to bad the roof terrass does not open before 1 may, we would have used it if possible..

Our trip started in a room on the 2nd floor on the street side on a Saturday night. Let s say that we fully enjoyed Madrid night life because yes this hotel is really well located so we had the chance to follow every single Madrilen leaving the plaza del sol... After our complain, the very helpful front desk put...

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Spend the entire week in a very comfortable super clean room. Like in a stylish hotel with a special decoration and super conferrable room. Staff was very friendly and provided very good tips on restaurant, events and more. Price on March was a good value for money.

Madrid in general is a nice place when you care about hospitality, not mere cold professionalism The urban is an excellent location for everything: right next to the parliament house and the Prado, very good bars around. The staff is absolutely charming, very good and swift check in. The decoration is made with real taste and you don't feel that...

I could strongly feel hotel's service policy and unique concept to provide comfort to guests. Interior of a lobby, room and other facilities are modern and unique, which would reflect the hotel's concept, but I like them and could relax.

We stayed recently at the Hotel Urban, first, for a one-night stay because our flight came in so late we couldn't get to Sevilla and needed to stay in Madrid, and then, second, as planned later in our trip during Semana Santa/Holy Week for the three nights we had previously reserved. This staff is simply the best EVER! So kind...

What a great find this was. It's a great hotel , very modern & not too large, it's more like a boutique hotel & is centrally located for all the museums, literally 5 minutes walk from the Thyssen & Prado. We arrived by car & were met by two doormen. One unloaded the car & passed our cases to a...

If 6 stars were possible I would put it. This hotel and staff are brilliant. I arrived a day late with my daughter and they didn't charge us for that night though they could have. Spotless room and very neat public areas. A beautiful tough is all of the artwork. Hip hotel would stay here again.

The food was terrific. The location was ideal. But, the staff at this hotel is one of the best I have encountered in all my travels. They were diligent, courteous and extremely pleasant to interact with for the week. I enjoyed the hotel and will definitely go back.

I loved our stay in this attractive hotel, staff and service was excellent and attention was immediate. It is very elegantly designed . Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so attentive and professional. The roof terrace wasn't opened yet but we could still access it and enjoy the sunshine. The location is excellent and the concierge was able to...

Staying in Huertas

Neighbourhood Profile
Huertas
Also known as Barrio de las Letras, Huertas was once home to prominent literary figures, Miguel de Cervantes and Lope de Vega among them. The neighbourhood is committed to celebrating its rich heritage: Calle Huertas itself is inlaid with quotes from celebrated authors, street names pay homage to them, and second-hand bookshops pervade. Huertas receives a fair amount of spillover from the center — side streets around Plaza Santa Ana take on a foreign party atmosphere at night, and you always see young backpackers navigating the streets — but as you descend into the neighbourhood, everything becomes a little more cramped and slightly less refined, and takes on more of an underground feel. Live music is at the heart of Huertas: by night, its subdued bars are ideal for meeting friends, sipping cocktails, and chatting quietly while enjoying jazz or singer-songwriter performances.
