Clean, wifi, perfectly located hotel in quiet area near major Madrid museums. Good security, and helpful front desk staff. Off main dragf and within walking distance to all attractions and plazas. Amazing value.

Very nice small hotel. Great location in the center of Madrid. Rooms very clean, modern furniture and minimal decoration! Within walking distance from plaza major, retiro park and museums. A lot of restaurants in the area

Yes, the service is provided by the hotel. You have just to call them or email them before arriving to Madrid. They will help you with this as sooner as they know it.
