We stayed pre-pandemic for several days and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a great location within walking distance of many sights, and a reasonably busy pedestrian thoroughfare. The staff was very friendly, the hotel has modern decor, and the rooms weren't really large but they were comfortable. Room was clean.
Even though they closed and canceled still charged for my entire stay. Inquired and response no cancellation no refund so applies even if they cancel you Most of the other hotels in Spain contacted me about closing and even smaller hotels refunded fully even with no cancellation policies. Very disappointed. Rebooking will not stay here
Great hotel, great staff, clean rooms and great location. I stayed during the Corona Virus outbreak and the staff was very helpfull. I needed to short my stay for 5 days, but they helped me out with everything I needed during those troublesome times. Only problem for me is that there isn't a food room service on the hotel, what became a little bit of a problem when the shops and cafes around Madrid started to close down due to the outbreak.
Near a lot of shops, restaurants, plazas including the Royal Palace. Hotel is reasonably priced very modern. The only thing I can complain about is the glass bathroom doors. Definitely no privacy. All the staff have been very friendly and helpful.
hotel is well located and very easy to reach from the airport room was a good size we had a superior room which was big enough for us but could have done with a much larger desk space to work from the hotel is on calle arenal which is a busy and very noisy of a night so when booking ask for a room up high and at the back all areas of the hotel was very clean the breakfast had all you will need the reasons for only 4 points are no slippers in room no note pad or pen hotel does not have a bar just a drinks trolley and when leaving it would have been nice to have been asked did we enjoy our stay instead of did we use the minibar then when answering no the receptionist just turned and walked away without even a goodbye these little things leave us with mixed feeling as to return again…
