Hotel is conveniently located to Madrid airport. There is free shuttle service to airport and to trade center. Metro station is 10 min away on foot. There is a supermarket nearby. Rooms are large and quite rooms and comfortable beds. Check-in takes time. Housekeepers does not understand the meaning of "do not disturb" cards on the door.

We, a retired couple, stayed at this hotel as an overnight before a flight. We took the train from downtown to Terminal 4 and called the hotel to pick us up there. It was a fairly short ride to the hotel, which is situated in a pleasant area in a bedroom community near the airport. Our standard room was big...

This is a great hotel if you're coming or going from the airport. The facilities and room were very clean and modern, the food good, and the staff very friendly and helpful. My wife and I would certainly stay there again.

This a big hotel, known for conferences and events. The services, the food, the tapas are all excellent. Lunch during the event was served in the garden (it was nice and sunny), quality was great. The rooms are very spacious, but need some refresh.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. The hotel and the room itself were quite spacious. Lots of hotels in Spain offer rooms the size of a closet, so Melia Barajas looked great from this respect. I found the interiors to be somewhat worn out and needing to be refreshed. Also maintenance could be better. In my room both...

Although we were only here for 12 hours it was a lousy hotel. The room smelled like poo and it was really ugly. Time for a total renovation. Next time I will stay in a American hotel. This one had the aire of a Russian Truckstop. Bed was very hard. Positive thing is the room was big. We had a...

Conveniently located close to Madrid airport, public transport access to the city centre and an excellent breakfast make this a really good place to stay. The hotel is overall a little bit dated but the quality and overall feel is very good. The rooms I stayed in were clean and comfortable. The bathroom has a shower cabinet as well as...

The first impression you get about the hotel is positive as the decor is modern, the space is looked after and the rooms are average and clean. But the real drama is when you have to deal with the staff: reception staff is cold, room service staff (when they pick up the phone) doesn't speak english and even when you...

I stayed for one night only as this hotel is close to Barajas airport. Location, for this reason is good. My room was very large but I arrived to a broken lamp. One lamp was completely cracked in half and someone perched the top piece on top of the bottom piece so when I tried to turn it on, half...

Iberia send us to this hotel because we missed our second flight as a result of a delay on the first flight. The hotel is ok, but not what you can expect for a 4 star hotel. On top of that, we ate our worst meal ever in Melia. All food in the buffet was cold just 15 min after...
