Stayed in this hotel on two different occasions, Very busy hotel with bus tours staying in the hotel. Our first room was at the back of the hotel and very dark. we couldn't have curtains open as other hotel rooms looked straight into our room. Clean and tidy. very warm. On the other occasion we asked for a lighter room....

I stayed at this hotel as part of a Cosmos tour. It is in a very convenient location with an easy bus ride into the centre of town. This is not luxurious but more than adequate with friendly staff. I requested a quiet room and was given one away from the street noise.

Food:cold Atmosphere:average Air con:either very cold or very hot Went on a school trip. Hotel was okay, staff helpful, food atrocious. Not bad for a budget hotel, but could be so much better. Unfortunately, was an old man in his pants shouting 'b@$€&×d'@ us. He was a horrible man. Also was a top less party hosted by Americans. Fun times

On two occassions that I have been there, the hotel was extremely busy. Apparently a regular hotel used by various tour agencies. You see tour buses loading and unloading during early morning and afternoon. The hotel buffet breakfast has a decent selection of dishes, cereals, bread, fruit and also busy. Obviously the hotel is a bit run down and needs...

A basic hotel in need of renovation. Yes it offers all conveniences a traveller requires but is not a property one would remember or recommend to guests. It is one of those places when if asked where did you stay at Madrid you would say, I do not recollect, as you would have honestly forgotten the stay, as there is...

Haven't even had my first night here and there's no chance of sleep. The place says it has air conditioning but that is not true. It only has heating. When I said that my a/c didn't work, I was told to open my window which did nothing to cool down the room and makes it even noisier. I just had to...

The first thought when got to the hotel - It's a train station. All around people with suitcases, even hard to get inside. Room was avarage - bed is good, large closet, but very noisy! You can hear all the sound from the street and from the next room - even as water flows from the tap.

This a great hotel located just on the outer periphery of the city centre and is easily connected to the city centre through regular bus service. The hotel experience was however spoilt for me due to a rude lady staff on the front desk who refused to give us our room beyond our checkin time mentioned on the voucher and...

It is ok and close to the metro station.Just this. If you are searching a regular hotel close to the metro, this is it. If you are searching a 4 star hotel, with pool, services and helpful staff, look somewhere else.

Average and above hotel. Many restaurants and coffee shops nearby, a bid grocery store just across the street. the service is great, very helpful staff. Nearest Metro is 15 minutes walk, which is a bit disappointing but it's not too bad, a nice walk in a nice street.
