We stayed here as part of a bus tour and found the hotel to be a little away from tourist sights but there is a bustop right outside the door. Very handy supermarket across the street and lovely park for strolling down behind the hotel. Beds and pillows comfortable and plenty of hot water. Breakfast can be busy because of...

It was ok ...noisy street party outside after soccer so not much sleep but only one night then off on tour ..perhaps a bit unsafe area for the solos or oldies but park behind wAs entertaining as it was a public holiday and lots to watch ..got a quick expresso coffee across the street at the coffee shop which was...

A beginning and an end hotel for Cosmos tours. It has gotten better. The rooms are updated, clean, smoke free, and a welcome place to rest. The food has gotten better too and the dinner buffet we had to start us off on this tour was plentiful, tasty and filling. I have become accustomed to this hotel and I will...

It has become a running joke in the family... is the next hotel like Praga? ha ha ha The hotel, although nicely located in a local madrid neighborhood is very old and tired. The bathrooms... uggh. The reception is dismissive. They know their jobs but the warmth & charm you typically associate with younger hotel staff are long gone. I...

We stayed here first along with the Cosmos tour package but we also extended one more night after the tour ended. Overall it is a good hotel, room is clean although because it's next to a busy street it can get a bit noisy. Breakfast was good. Staff are very helpful. Bus stop to city centre right in front of...

The hotel is not relaly near Atocha station. Its about a 20 minute walk. The hotel is tired and old and needs updating. The lifts are slow and the corridors are dark. breakfast was in a windowless room and the staff were surely and unfriendly.

Very nice hotel. The reception staff are excellent. Not so some of the bar staff, some of whom were surly tosay the least. One guy continued to mop the floor and ignore us; we did not pressure him nor insist; but in the end we did not stay to have a drink. Mistake.Good parking facilities.Would come again.

I stayed at the Praga Hotel during a recent trip to Madrid. This hotel is NOT conveniently located as it is quite a distance from city center. This hotel is also what one might consider to be a budget-friendly hotel, but it is NOT very nice. The area the hotel is in seems a bit sketchy, the rooms are horribly...

Hotel is far from the city and quite small in size; lots of students in the hotel hanging around downstairs. What I didn't see in the reviews below is that the hotel room had insects! We were there just for 1 night and by the time we arrived and settled - it was past midnight and we were off to...

Outside of the main tourist area but easy to walk, bus or taxi if required. Clean efficient hotel, wifi was good. Next time wouldn't bother with the breakfast, better to use local places. Park close by is a good place to visit and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. Would stay again.
