Booked this hotel as close to the airport and courtesy transfer. Was very pleased and would highly recommend. Very pleasant staff, comfortable rooms and proximity to the airport great. And as we had a few spare hours it was lovely sitting by the pool and relaxing during our travel.

This place is perfect for kids. You can find a pool, a garden and a playground here where your kids can enjoy themselves. They have got wonderful breakfast with a very wide selection. They offer you free transportation from the airport. There is a busstop near the gate and the bus takes you to the city centre.Although the rooms should have...

The booking told me that I had "a spacious room" featuring "attractive, traditional style decor" which turned out to be false advertising. Unless of course you think a room two foot wider than the length of a double bed is "spacious" and "attractive, traditional style" includes wallpaper hanging from the walls, fixtures and fittings poorly attached and paper thin walls...

We booked this hotel for 3 nights in December 2016. It was really cheap. Breakfast and transfer were both included. The hotel grounds are lovely, clean and well kept. I can imagine the pool is really nice during the summer months. Staff were great, and couldn't do any more to help. The room was great, no complaints. Very spacious! Breakfast...

We've stayed here multiple times over the years because we like the shuttle to the airport, which is free and fast. The drivers are the saving grace for the hotel, so thank you very much to both drivers. Normally when we've stayed here it's been decent, we don't have high expectations as its not a 5star so we are conscious...

We drove to Madrid and wanted a hotel with secure parking for the car. Hotel Osuna offered this at a reasonable price. We went to Madrid for the weekend and had a lovely large room. The staff were very helpful. We did not eat in the hotel and the swimming pool was closed as it was past the 30 September....

I spent almost 60 nights over a 3 year period staying at this hotel. Its old world charm, its lovely gardens and pool and some of its staff were absolutely amazing. I spoke extremely limited spanish and they made me feel very comfortable. Close to Parque Juan Carlos, subway station, running tracks and other open air parks. Loved it all
