The top sheet on the double bed was for a smaller bed. As 2 people slept it made it very uncomfortable. In the early morning, around 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. we woke up to noises coming from another nearby room. They were male and female voices in an obvious state of being drunk. They argued, they spoke very loudly, they went in and out slamming doors. We called reception and they went up to warn them, however the noises continued until more than 6 in the morning. I do not know the applicable laws for the corona virus in Madrid and if this was happening was illegal. But I as a guest do not have to suffer this and you should have nipped it in the bud. Even calling the police. Lastly, very poor breakfast. When we got to breakfast at 10:00 am, there were only a few pieces of potato omelette, cut fruit, some cheese and Serrano ham. All in open trays with signs of being dry from prolonged contact with air. Given the corona situation, you should protect food from contact with aerosols. It is definitely a hotel that we cannot recommend and will not return to.

Dear Mr. Juan Antonio: First of all, we are very sorry about you were not happy with your stay at the hotel . We are checking if the top sheet of any room could shrink, because , all our beddings have the appropiate size. About the buffet breakfast , there is always a person watching everything is correct and if a client needs something. We apologize you couldn´t sleep well about the noises of other room . Sometimes , the hotel can´t control what do all theirs clients do. Best Regards.

My family stayed here because it was close to Ramon Y Cajal. It is only a 5-10 minute walk. For food, ample places deliver to this location, and there is a grocery store around the corner. Not much for kids to do in the area. The best part of the hotel was the cozy, colorful room in the lobby where they have dance lessons in the evening.

I stayed here for three nights for work. Staff were friendly and helpful but the room was tiny and disappointingly did not have a kettle or tea/ coffee facilities. Very business oriented area... not great for tourists

Thank you, Hazael, for your comments. I´m sorry the size of the room was no the best for you. On the other hand , coffee facilites are not usual in Spanish hotels. Anyway , we´ll work on these issues to improve our hotel. Best Regards.

Rooms are not big, but bed is comfortable. Decent breakfast. The location is perfect for me (close to the office I visited), but not good for the turists - nothing interesting around. Metro and train stations are pretty near,so it is easy to get to the center

Thank you for your comments . Efectively, this is a corporate hotel although because of our prices are lower than city center hotels in week end , we have also many tourists. As you say , it´s very easy to go to the city center. We hope you´ll visit us again soon. Regards.

This hotel was recommended by our distributor whose office is close by. My room was nice and the meals I had were good. The Bar staff was great and provided excellent service. Like many hotels in Europe/Asia the HVAC system has two settings: Hot and Cold. So if you are visiting in between seasons as I was the heat is still on. My room was a toasty 27 degrees C. I sweated my first night and slept terribly. I asked at the front desk if they had a fan or something as the room was in a corner and I wasn’t getting much relief from opening the window. I went to dinner and when I got back there was a portable AC unit in my room. I slept soundly that night. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
