The rooms were clean and well made. The staff was warm, friendly and helpful, especially Iris and Annie. They both went to great lengths to ensure our stay was comfortable, and their personable manner really went above and beyond what was required. They both made our stay!

Nice and Basic hotel. Close by to the airport, metro, mall and supermarket. Clean and modern furniture. Ironing board is on request but overall perfect hotel close by to everything which is accessible.

With 80 euro per nigh for family with 2 children , we found this hotel very valuable. Located 3km from the airport, with shuttle bus every 30 min. The room are quite big and clean. Nice gift for the kids when we checked in . And also some Xbox zone to keep them busy

Somehow disappointing for a Novotel. Very average hotel with many old rooms that haven't been refurbished since the 80's I guess. The room was pretty noisy with a constant metallic noise coming from the corridor and then a lot of noise from other guests leaving the hotel early (5 AM!!). On a bright note, the staff was very nice and...

Wow, basic and poor standard. Bed super uncomfortable, and I paid for a "superior" room too! Wi-Fi almost unusable and badly in need of a refurb. What a waste of money and I won't stay there again or recommend it to anyone!

Excellent service and room for a family. Restaurant was excellent with a great breakfast, and dinner menu selection... very well communicated to the subway or by taxi. Very close to the airport and to a beautiful park excellent for a walk with the family. Thanks

Close to "Feria" , "Palacio del Congressos" and airport, it is a very good option for business travelers and for those spending a night in Madrid between the flights. Very well connected with the whole city by subway. The rooms are clean, with all the needed amenities, breakfast is very good. a swiming pool is available also, during the summer....

Top food, big bright room, bed was a little uncomfortable... thin matress. Great location, access to good leisure centre, unfortunately its a 15 min walk away. Room was quiet, staff were friendly. Metro line to airport and city is closed for renovations until May 2017. Great coffee.

The hotel is not what we expected from Novotel. I personally been in a lot of hotels around the world and especially in Europe. The lobby is very well maintained and in great shape. Though we offered outdated room during our stay. The furniture in the room is very old. The extra 2 beds were broken and couldn't hold my...
