History comes to life with vibrant modern energy at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. In the very heart of the capital – within walking distance of all the key attractions – seven historical buildings have been transformed into one dynamic destination, with rooftop dining by Spanish celebrity chef Dani Garcia, a four-level spa and a sun-splashed pool terrace.

While we were in the restaurant we heard & saw a staff member discussing the details of a hotel guest with a paparazzi. We were shocked by the gross breach of privacy. The young manager worked in the Room Division of the Hotel and as a result of this privacy breach we decided against having our wedding here. Details of the guest were discussed and laughed about; we were disgusted by what we saw and heard. Additionally; the service was not to the typical Four Seasons Standard. We have stayed at almost every Four Seasons globally; this was a disappointing experience.

The Four Seasons was a must for us when traveling to Madrid for work and it undoubtedly lived up to the expectations. Besides having the best night’s sleep, the staff were attentive and immaculately polished, the vibe sophisticated yet approachable and the food and drink a wonderful addition...worth staying in for breakfast, lunch an dinner! Great location, ample rooms, happy stay! Will definitely stay again.

My family and I spent four nights here to celebrate my 50th birthday and it was a great decision. The hotel is brand new, the first Four Seasons in Spain, and there might be still a few things to get it running 100% smoothly ( coffee cartridges not being replaced and some errors on the invoice during checkout, etc) but the overall experience is one of fond memories. We dined at Dani Brasserie on our first night and my teenage kids begged to go back again it was so good. Breakfast was also very good in The Patio. We loved that it had a pool and hot tub to relax at the end of each day’s sight seeing. Of course the best thing about Four Seasons is the service, from the staff at the front door, to housekeeping to bar/ dining and of course a special call out to the Concierge Team of Almudena, Laura, Nicolas and especially Emma who helped with our various dinner reservations and arranging our Covid tests prior to our departure flights. If you planning a trip to Madrid, Four Seasons is the place to stay.

This is what you expect when you stay in a luxury hotel, from checking in, room service, room amenities, quality of the food, everything. Although this is the standard for Four Seasons, for sure they just set the bar very high fo the rest of the luxury hotels coming to Madrid.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Perhaps the best of my life in any hotel. Since we made the reservation, the hotel has been communicative and wrote to us to know our preferences, arrival and departure times, and the amenities they have in the facilities. The property is a dream: 7 historic buildings in the center of Madrid, right in the Puerta del Sol. The area is safe and very busy. I am sure that the presence of the Four Seasons in the neighborhood will help the recovery of the Center and that there are fewer places for tourists and more for locals. As soon as you arrive, the doorman greets you, you check-in, they give you a tour of the property and they show you your room. They made us an upgrade with views of the street of Seville. The spa is beautiful, with a gym, heated pool, sunbeds inside and outside. Large and comfortable rooms, about 45-50 m2. Comfortable bathrooms with separate shower and tub. Large closet space. Room service could be improved: our burgers were a bit cold and after they cleaned the table some mess was left behind. The restaurants at El Patio and Dani de Dani García are great. Breakfast is a must, and if you can, ask for the Americano. You will not need to eat more in the day. Our train left at night on the day we checked out and the entire team made that day special. Recommended luxury property, and the best experience we could dream of. Thanks to the entire FS Madrid team.
