The staff at ApartoSuites Jardines de Sabitini were always professional and helpful. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my party was accommodated and happy. The Hotel is located close to taxi service, very comfortable and affordable restaurants and tour bus operations. My suite was very modern and immaculate with comfortable beds and had a...

The room large, clean and comfortable, bed large enough for a 2m person, amenities adequate with basic provisions, location was excellent with balcony overlooking the royal palace and gardens, had an issue with air conditioning but was solved immediately.

The go to family hotel in Madrid! Easy walking distance from Principe Pio station to get around Madrid or to and from the airport. Wonderful roof top terrace with views of the palace and beyond. Rooms for a family of 5 with a double bedroom, and then a separate living room with 3 individual single beds (2 attached either side...

We stayed for 4 nights in late March with our two kids (ages 7 and 9). We appreciated the kitchen and the separate bedroom. The kids slept on separate pull-out beds in the living room. There was still plenty of room. The location was great for us - easily walkable to most areas of the city. The rooftop bar was...

So here we go again with an artificially inflated ranking of a Madrid establishment. While ApartoSuites is right across from the Palace, it is also on a 4 lane, busy road complete with ample litter and a nighttime, homeless encampment up the street. The fact that only 1 of the 3 elevators required a room key made me uneasy. The...

Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were fantastic with everything needed (once we'd got the key to the kitchen cupboard that had crockery in from reception). One annoying detail was the bed was not a double bed, it was two singles pushed together (with individual duvets) but we did not raise an issue to rectify as we were only there...

Excellent customer service from every member of staff, very welcoming, personable and happy to assist with local knowledge. Wonderful views from the roof terrace, taking in the Royal Palace and gardens along with the city skyline - lovely area to chill and relax following a day of sight seeing. This was a great find of a hotel in Madrid. Room...

Great hotel with lovely rooms and a fantastic roof terrace. Reception were especially helpful when booking in with lots of tips about what to do and where to see. The location was great. Only minor negative is no air-conditioning until the hotel decide to switch on in the summer.

This is by far the best apartment for families with small kids by far! The kitchen and frig are life savers plus the bedroom separate from the living room rocks! We had the view of the palace and it is gorgeous. Though you aren't by the Retiro or Museo del Prado, it is commutable -- the palace makes up for...
