We arrived in Madrid on a steaming hot August afternoon, it was in the low 40's.It is not the first time we have ended up in Madrid in August but this felt hotter. The Madrid tower was an overnight stop before moving on with the rest of our holiday. On the outer edges of the city, in the Cuatro Torres...

We stayed here on a room only basis for a couple of days whilst exploring Madrid and, on reflection, we would have been better in a hotel in a more central location. That said, the rooms were lovely - very modern and spacious - and the staff we came across were efficient and courteous. I used the gym and spa...

I recently stayed here for 3 nights for a business trip. The rooms were modern and nice, and the location was fine for a business trip. However, it's not near any tourist locations, although it is near one of the train stations, which was convenient. Breakfast was very good, with really nice fresh fruit and juices. We also had dinner...

Lovely room, amazing views, friendly and helpful staff! Pretty central so easy to get around from. It was my birthday so they treated us to champagne and chocolate covered strawberries which was very sweet! Will gladly stay there again 😍

Spent two nights at this hotel as was doing business with an embassy. Great location for that but otherwise very much outside of the tourist zone. We took the train into the historic centre and it was about a 10 minute walk to the station. The hotel itself is lovely. Super modern with some unique extras like Netflix on the...

Stayed for 3 nights with a friend for a shopping weekend. We arrived earlier than expected and were met with a friendly receptionist who let us check in early as our room was available so we were very pleased with that. All the staff spoke English and were very helpful and friendly. The room was nice, very modern, electric blackout...

The location is not central nor attractive in its own, although the views from the 30th floor restaurant are beautiful. Double bedroom on the 14th floor was standing business fare, not charming but a nice standard. Unfortunately this hotel is completely let down by the poor quality of food. Undrinkable coffee for breaks. Basic, unhealthy breakfast. Passable lunch. A decent...

I've stayed a couple of times in the Eurostars Tower. The area is bleak and soulless, surrounded by high-rise offices and facing a major arterial road. The hotel is something of an oasis, with low lighting, warm and friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Food is, to my mind, overpriced but there is little else in the area. It was perfectly...

Reasonably priced (by U.K. Standards) Reception - Arrived at 10pm. Staff were polite, friendly and accommodating. Everyone spoke English. Rooms- Comfortable. Clean. Modern. Basic amenities...
