This is a hostel, not a hotel. The bunk beds are arranged in small areas with lockable cupboards, Bottom sheets and pillowcases and pillowcases are provided, as are a pillow and duvet. There are separate male and female showers and toilet facilities on each floor. There is a kitchen for guests to use, and drinks machines, as well as a... More

We hiked the last 115 km of St. James' Way staying at 6 different hostels along the way and ending up at this one once we made it to Santiago. We had reserved well in advance as we were a large group and it had received mainly positive reviews and is literally up the street and around the corner from... More

On the positive side - wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. Nice small conservatory at the back for sitting out. Some rooms have amazing cathedral views. Very good location in the old town. Imaginative murals and decor. Lift to some floors. Comfortable mattresses and lovely crisp sheets and pillowcases, with light duvets (although weirdly no top sheet or duvet cover). Good... More

My friend booked this for 3 of us and we had a great room with private bath on the top floor. It was very nice and clean and all facilities working. Unfortunately no air con or fan and keeping windows open with cathedral bells and a fiesta was not much fun so I had little sleep, but ear plugs as... More

Very well organized hostal/albergue in Santiago. Good location in old city center. Sheets were clean and each bed has its own light, outlet and locker. However, there are overhead lights which NEVER go out. You will not be sleeping in the dark. The large lockers are a great idea, but they make LOUD BEEPS as you turn them on, mark... More

It is very modern, clean and convenient albergue. We stayed in a room of 4 people (1 double bed and 2 single) and we had our own bathroom. What we like most at the end and after so many albergues, that it had clean white bed linen. Also it is in a very good location, 5 minutes on foot from... More

After 30 days on the Camino Frances, The Last Stamp was a welcoming albergue for finishing up my trip. First, the location is great! It's no more than a couple blocks from the cathedral in the center of Santiago. Second, the smaller capacity dorm rooms are both modern and comfortable. My room featured only 8 beds with a private bath/shower... More

I stayed 3 nights after my Camino Portuguese walk. It is so central to everything. First I must compliment the girls staffing the reception ... so very warm, friendly, informative and so very helpful in every way! The Albergue is very clean and comfortable. They have a lovely kitchen dining area and also an enclosed lounge area. Washer & Dryer... More

A very well planned, organised, and managed alberg. Clean, comfortable, and quite. Wifi, lockers, access to 2 computers. Good location in the town. I like the layout of the rooms. Could provide more information about transport around the town and bus timetables. This would be a great help rather than having to use the internet which dropped out occassionally.

This hostel is very clean, modern and well situated. The beds are comfortable and staff very friendly. It is truly a nice place. My only complaint is that there seems to be no rule about "noise". After 33 days of walking the Camino I had become accustomed to the 10pm lights-out rule. This doest not apply here and people come... More
