We stayed as a group of 4 in August. The hotel is lovely. All the staff are extremely friendly. Special mention restaurant staff at breakfast who were very accommodating. We had 2 rooms overlooking the Main Street. We heard no noise and we’re on a lower floor. A friend on the floor above us complained that he was kept awake at times by people shouting and bin lorries clearing rubbish throughout the night. The location is great. It’s close to all shops, bars and restaurant and it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was amazing and they served until midday which was great for when we were recovering from our hangovers. There is a small pool and a really small pool area. It was busy all the time and we were unable to make the most of this area as there was no room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who just wants a base that they can venture out from. We agreed that we probably wouldn’t return as we would like a hotel with a more accessible pool area that we can spend the day at. This is the only reason though as the hotel and its staff are great.

First time visiting Sitges and we were recommended this hotel by a friend. Honestly, at this price point, I cannot fault it. Excellent value. Super clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is next level. Pool area is great if you fancy a break from the beach. We had a 4th floor room with balcony, and it was huge, with a great terrace overlooking the rooftops of Sitges. Lovely walk in shower. Air con. Small fridge to keep a few beers and water. Just great. We will definitely return next year. Thank you for a great stay.

When for my mum's birthday. I cannot say how helpful, kind and thoughful every member of staff was. I would highly recomment this hotel. We stayed in the pavillion, the rooms were big, extremely clean and a lovely balcony, close to town, the hotel went out of their way to make my mums's 80th birthday so especial. Breakfast each morning was fab.

From start to finish the stay at this hotel was excellent. Pleasant and helpful staff, hotel and pool area very clean. The breakfast was amazing so much choice and every morning we were greeted by the lovely Maria. We stayed in the Pavilion (separate annex across the road) but breakfast etc is in main hotel. Short walk to centre of town and all the restaurants, bars, shops and the seafront. Would definitely book here again

We loved this little hotel. A group of 16 of us stayed. Maybe not your typical Clients but we loved it. Whilst traditional and olde world in style they have done the best best they can with it. The breakfast was to die for so much choice and open until midday. Free tea coffee and pastries in the afternoon and fresh lemonade. Room was spacious with a tiny balcony and huge bed. Lovely shower once you could work it out! Lovely little courtyard pool, perfect central location and good value. Staff were so nice too. Thank you and we will be back xx

Love this rustic hotel, it is full of character and situated on a bustling pedestrianised shopping street. Our room overlooked the street and the atmosphere at night was divine with music playing and people chatting. We had a big window which we could open with a Juliet balcony effect so we werent too upset about not having a proper balcony. Location of hotel is perfect in the Old Town just 5 mins walk from nightlife. Rooms spacious with big comfy beds, amazing shower and cleaned daily to a very high standard. Breakfast also great with good selection & served til 12 so no need to get up too early. Only gripe is lack of sun beds by pool, there are only 15. During our stay there were 2 large groups of men staying who would reserve at least 10 of the beds with their towels leaving everyone else to struggle to get one of the remaining 5. The hotel needs to emphasise that towels do not reserve sun beds, bums on seats does. Having said that, the pool area is a cool peaceful oasis we were grateful of in the June sun. Also considering the cost of a bed on the beach at €10 a throw! Rip off. Would recommend this hotel & stay here again.

Fantastic little gem of a hotel, staff extremely friendly and welcoming , especially the waitress at breakfast (apologies I can’t remember her name) who was exceptionally attentive remembering my breakfast order after the first day. Hotel room basic, but has everything I needed, flat screen TV , air condition, fantastic jet power shower, and a safe in the room to store your valuables. Outdoor pool and jacuzzi great, well maintained, and water jets in pool which are great for relaxing. Towels available at reception for a small refundable deposit, they even provided free sunscreen in the reception area. Free coffee, tea x cakes served at 3pm was a great touch. Overall I have had a fantastic time during my stay at Galeon and will definitely been staying there again hopefully in the not too distant future.

Yet another excellent stay at the wonderful Galeon hotel . Amazing facilities for such a small three star hotel and impeccable service from the moment you arrive from the courteous and helpful man on Reception to the dedicated cleaning staff to the team who prepare and serve the stunning breakfast choice which is available until 12 noon , especially the hyper energetic and efficient Maria and Paula ? who supervises the whole breakfast operation . This time we stayed in room 411 with a double balcony , awning and sunbeds so we were able to spend time up there as well as round the pool . Pastries and coffee still provided at 3pm each day with cold lemon drink available during the day near Reception. Pool/beach towels can be rented for a 20 euro returnable fee and changed daily. It would be good if it was possible to extend this arrangement to towelling robes which could perhaps be rented for the duration of your holiday even at a non refundable cost. Cleaning of rooms exemplary with bedding and towels changed regularly, bottled water provided daily and quality toiletries also provided. Free in room safe. Yes, furnishings could perhaps be updated in the communal area but this in no way distracts from the service and value for money that the Galeon offers nor its prime location close to the beach, bars and restaurants as well as the bus and rail services. As an aside first time we have flown into Reus. Brilliant. Never want to fly into Barcelona El Prat again !! Looking forward to yet another return visit next year.
