We arrived in the morning and were able to check in straight away. We had asked for separate beds and this was not possible, but instead we got: 2 ROOMS!!! The tourist information is located directly opposite the B&B... super handy... Because we left so early in the night, the host had provided sandwiches and a pot of coffee. He also arranged our taxi.

We spent the night in this B&B. We all loved this place, both the welcome from Olga and the unusual location. The breakfast was good, plentiful and the homemade jams were a delight. The hotel is very good located in Girona and the directions for visiting the city and eating there are great. The hotel is clean, it lacks a little soundproofing but it's the charm of the old one. That said, being very tired you don't hear anything☺️. I recommend I highly recommend this hotel. We really liked it.

Bells Oficis and the proprietors made our stay amazing. The location is walking distance from everything and the hotel beautiful and historic. The bathrooms are well appointed and the beds are so comfortable! We were so very sad to leave!

Totally negative experience.
Old room, not antique, old with moisture and musty smell oozing from the walls.
The bathroom created in a corner of the room divided by a glass wall, with French windows to "view" on the outside!!!!
The tiny sink is in the room adjacent to the bed, so that every time you turn on the tap, the water wets sheets and blankets.
Air conditioner malfunctioning from which an unpleasant smell comes out.
A nightmare night, terrible heat.
To finish breakfast, poor in food and with glasses full of fingers and grease.
And it's not cheap!

We arrived really late as our Ryanair flight had been delayed by 3 hours. Javi waited in the street for us to arrive which was so kind. I was travelling with my teenager so I was feeling anxious, until I arrived! Our room was lovely with a balcony view too. Breakfast was simple but ample. It's a quaint b&b in a lovely area. Can't recommend this highly enough

From August 17 to 19, 2007, my wife and I stayed at a Girona B&B (the Bells Oficis) and had an incredible time exploring the beautiful city.

The lodgings were great. The building was once the home of the 3 famous artist Busquets brothers. A Busquets chair resides in the MNAC in Barcelona. You can see a Busquets plaster of the "Nativity" façade from La Sagrada Familia at the Casa Museu Gaudi in Barcelona's Park Guell. Some of the statues on Girona's cathedral are Busquets works. And at the Bells Oficis B&B you can see the original tile work of their bathroom and a great mural in the dining room. Awesome!

Our hosts at the Bells Oficis were incomparably hospitable and full of helpful tips. The best advice they gave was for restaurants. I can fully recommend Vinil (on Cort Reial) for modernist food creations (€30 for two entrees and a bottle of wine) and Le Bistrot (on Pujada Sant Domènec) for a French-type cuisine experience on a medieval stairway (€30 for two entrees and a bottle of wine).

For sightseeing, I loved walking along the old city wall. It could be an entire day's trip if you wanted to walk the entirety. The Cathedral is beautiful too. I would recommend saving your money instead of visiting the Banys Arabs -- not much to see there. And of course, throughout your stay you should walk along the ancient streets and make frequent visits to the Onyar river that runs through the center of town. Magnificent!

I envisioned Girona as a mere side trip from Barcelona, but I'm convinced that next time Barcelona will be my side trip from Girona! Go as soon as you can!

Javi was there the one nice we stayed there and was very kind to make us breakfast a bit earlier than it was normally scheduled because we had to meet out group for a bike trip early in the morning. We liked staying there except that my partner was put off by the fact that there is no door to the bathroom that closes, as a few others have noted. The location was convenient and it was walking distance from the train station.

This place is cute with a great location and decently sized rooms. Owners are very nice. However, the smell of mold in the rooms is incredibly strong. It was obvious the bedding and room had mold. It was very difficult to sleep because the dirty sock / wet unclean gymnasium smell was so strong. It was really overpowering.

Also, the bathrooms are not separate at all. So don't stay here unless you're fine with seeing the other person nude and hearing them go to the bathroom.

We loved our night here. Olga and Hami (I’m not sure of the spelling of his name) are excellent hosts, warm and welcoming (“this is your home” said Olga , showing us around). Our room was right at the front overlooking the square (note: it also has sounded proofed doors), with a private bathroom. Breakfast next morning was terrific, with all the tables of guests chatting together. And we have a couple of jars of Hami’s home made apple and cinnamon jam to take home as special gifts.

This property is well-located, right in the old part of the City. It is more of a hostal than a bed and breakfast. The owners do not live on-site. The whole experience was odd. First, the owners emailed asked for our arrival time. We responded that we were taking the train from Barcelona and gave an approximate arrival time. The owner, Javi, emailed again said, "If you wish to send me your exact arrival time we will be there to take you to our place." After consulting the train schedule we sent the time of the arrival of our train. "Thank you" was the response we received. No one was at the train station to meet us. We found our way to the property. Javi was there, but said nothing about not meeting us. We didn't say anything as we did not want to start our stay in a negative manner. The room we were given had the bathroom right in the bedroom - no door or curtain separating the bathroom. This was very unpleasant. When we looked at the property's website the night before we left, we discovered that we were not in the room we had reserved. When we mentioned this to Javi at checkout, he replied, "Well, you were happy until now." He gave no explanation or apology.

Gerona trainstation is within 10 to 15 minutes walk, where you can go by train within 30 minutes to Barcelona for approx 20 euro what is much easier . There is no parking in front of this hotel but the owner will be happy to help you to arrange a rental car , Turist informationpoint is just across the street
