This is really a great hotel. Really kind and polite staff. Several hotels can learn from them. Rooms are really clean as all the rest of the hotel. We had a family room with 2 double beds. Yes it is rather small but you don’t need more depending on why you stay in this hotel. I can image if you would stay a longer time with 4 persons (in our case 2 adults and 2 kids) that it is small. There is also no real closet to put a lot of clothes in. The shower is great. A lot of water pressure and really hot water from the start. Towels and shower gel is included. We stayed in the hotel for one night during our trip from Belgium to Orihuela Costa (2000km drive)
The hotel does not have an own restaurant but this is really not an issue. You’re in the city center so there are a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood. They do have an agreement for breakfast with a nearby location (open as of 6am). You can get a voucher in the hotel or can just go and pay for what you want. Food was of great quality and cheap.
Only minor thing is that they do not have a parking space. You can’t stop and unload your stuff. They also have an agreement with a public parking space nearby and a good price (inform with them). You can get a voucher in the hotel where you pay €10 for 24h stay instead of the €25. The parking garage also has several charging points for electric cars. Point of attention is the exit of the car park. This is a steep turn going upwards. With a larger car (my car is at 5m) this is a tight fit.
I would stay again.

Centrally located, my 4 days stay at Bestprice in Girona was very comfortable. I had just come from a villa located in the countryside which was picturesque with a swimming pool. Unfortunately I was eaten alive by mosquitos each night which gave me almost no sleep. The receptionist must have seen my fatigue. I received a large airy room with a good bathroom, clean towels. It had no frills ie no tea/coffee or fridge ( drinks available to buy at reception) but I was very happy with the hotel's customer service and my room including the ultra comfortable bed which gave me quality sleep.
I found all the young receptionists very welcoming and helpful. Located within walking distance of both the train/bus station as well as the touristy Plaza I dependenzia, I'd strongly recommend it both for location, pricing, cleanliness and great customer service.

Brand new hotel near the centre, clean and with welcoming and helpful staff. Purchased on the Expedia website, it is considered a 4-star hotel on this site (3.5 in reality) but on the sign at the entrance you learn that in fact it only has one star and you don't understand why. I was at the Bestprice hotel in Girona from October 14 to 16 and the first night we had a problem.
The shower drain could not cope with the amount of water in a simple bath and flooded not only the entire bathroom, but also part of the room.
I had to spend a long time drying everything and some of our stuff (clothes, a cardboard box and even my mobile, that was charging on the floor) got wet.
The next day I told the front desk about the problem and they weren't particularly interested, they just said they were “going to send the maintenance guy to check it out”.
To my surprise, the “maintenance guy” told us that it was "impossible" for the shower to flood the bathroom and part of the room (so he basically called us liars).
After checking with the receptionist if there was anything they could do about the problem, without much interest (at all) they offered us another room.
To my surprise, the new room was TINY, almost half the size of the one we had previously, and we were not offered any refund for the headache we had and for having to stay in a room much smaller than the one we had been originally designated.
The air conditioning in the new room didn't work either (neither cold nor hot), so we had to “sleep” (or “try to sleep”) with the window open and that meant we had to put up with all the noise coming from the (VERY busy) street which ruined us the night.
The “icing on the cake” was the receptionist (“Andrea”) had a terrible attitude (shifting between cynical and defiant) when we asked for the “hoja de reclamaciones” and made the whole thing even more frustrating.
In a nutshell, a couple of days from hell and an experience we rather not have again.

Me and my family stayed here for a week and one day and it was fantastic. First, the night we came we came at 1am with the receptionist there ready for us to check in
We loved the room that night because it was conditioned and not any noice. We awoke the next morning with the receptionist speaking in English recommending the best places to go in Girona. Girona was wonderful if you want to go for a relax in the sun and see the Spanish beauty with many cafes and little shops.
For the next few days the hotel recommended the best places near Girona to visit (Banyoles, Tossa de Mar and Cadaqués) the restaurants are great and can and can speak very good English.
The only problem I had with the hotel was I couldn’t stay longer, great place with great service and would fully recommend.

This hotel is in a good location, about a 5-10 minute walk from the old part of Girona. Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. However, it is the staff who make this hotel really stand out. We arrived at around 1am to a warm welcome, and everyone we have met or dealt with at the hotel has gone out of their way to help us. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

Good experience overall. Room size is perfect for a solo traveler, bed was very comfy, staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect! A bit overpriced in my opinion, but I also booked last minute. Breakfast was also a bit overpriced for what it is, but it was at a local cafe which was a neat experience! Overall a pretty average hotel but a positive experience.

Very good value for money
Spacious room (we took a room with 3 beds) and very quiet.
Ideal location.
The hotel does not offer breakfast on site but has set up a partnership with the GRANIER bakery which is 50m away. All you have to do is take a ticket from the hotel reception which you then return to the bakery.
Breakfast at 7€:
- 1 hot drink
- 1 squeezed orange juice
- 2 croissants or 2 donuts or 1 savory sandwich
- 1 yogurt or 1 fruit

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was at nearby cafe, fresh orange juice, coffee, 2 croissants and fruit or yoghurt. We were able to walk to old town to see sights, also 5 mins walk to train and bus station.

We chose this hotel for a one-night stay because it was easily accessible from the airport. The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. The location was great, with plenty of dining options nearby. It’s a place where you could easily stay longer. The only downside for us was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room. It would have been nice to have cold drinks available, especially during the summer.
