Great welcome, very good service, fantastic location - we booked a junior suite and were given a lovely room overlooking the small pool garden. Very comfortable and quiet. We did not have breakfast in the hotel as there are many cafes around to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is really well located in the old town near the Independent Square with its restaurant sand just over the river from the old city. The hotel itself is an old building but facilities and rooms are very modern. The staff were really helpful and advising us on places to eat and where today to make the most of... More

Lovely hotel although didn't supply milk for the tea and coffee - we first thought they must have missed it on the first day but it never came! Pool area is very tranquil and relaxing and it's so close to everything

Visited for a week and stayed in the Nord 1901. We stayed in a well appointed junior suite overlooking the tranquil garden and pool area. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and offered great advice on places to eat nearby. This hotel is in a great location - so close to the old town and the buzzy central square.... More

We were very pleased with this hotel. It is well-located in the historic part of town and an easy ten-minute walk from the train station. The superior room, which we had, was spacious, comfortable, clean and the air conditioning worked well. The receptionist, Carlos, was especially helpful in explaining things to do in Girona, and he gave us an excellent... More

The hotel is small but very comfortable and the rooms are excellent. Everything is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally situated in the centre, a ten minute walk from the station and airport buses and a short stroll from the old town. I would certainly stay here again if visiting Girona.

Charming small hotel with efficient and helpful staff . Within easy walking of the main attractions in the city. A multitude of restaurants within easy walking distance. An intimate garden to the rear with small pool ideal for relaxation after a walk in the sun. A multi storey car park within 50 yards

Beautifully decorated hotel in a central part of town. Just quiet enough for sleeping but very close to all the main bits of this stunning city. The staff we encountered were helpful and arranged a very early taxi collection for us. Make sure you try the tapas places nearby and have an ice cream from the fancy parlour. Try to... More
