A standard ibis hotel. They have also an Ibis Budget in the same property. Clean room, fully functional bathroom. Big shower area.
I have given three stars because I found that charging the standard car rate for a motorcycle in an underground parking which then has small motorcycle spaces for them is too much. Only for this reason when I go thru Girona next time I will explore other options. I don’t like being overcharged.

Not as expected, hotel looks like all ibis but related to bar/food has a buffet on 15 euros with not option of take as usual on ibis whatever you want of a menu.
Many of staff doesn't speak spanish only French not allowing comunicating with them.

We use often Ibis for stopovers when travelling long distance. We appreciate the simple, clean and practical facilities and easy approach when we just need to rest and get ready to travel again. This Ibis is by far the worst we’ve ever visited. Old, smelly, filthy and not COVID hygenized. It should be closed immediately. We were charged 100 eur/room for two rooms. Reception staff was kind and acknowledged our disappointment by giving us free parking. Yet, certain hotels should not be allowed to operate.

First the positives: cleanliness and quiet of the room and more than suitable bedding. The negatives: socket rather far from the bed, bathroom very spartan equipment but still it passes .... The black spot is in the restaurant buffets and snaking (pizza and panini) are distressing both in terms of choice and flavors. The breakfast one is a little better in the variety and freshness of the products (except the fruit juices which are worse than the oasis cut in water). The service is average... Welcoming but no more. After booking in an Ibis we were not expecting the red carpet either. This property is okay for a short stopover or a place to just sleep (and still have to see because the ibis budget is just stuck to the ibis).

This is my second stay in the hotel. The location is very convenient: somewhere half the way between Belgium and our location in Spain.
Compared to last time where i was complaining about the smell of the room (ground floor), this stay was much better. The room was on the second floor and it was clean. The bedding was also perfectly clean. The staff was very nice and kind. The only weaker point to me is the restaurant..... Breakfast: coffee is very good, i only regret that bacon and eggs was not offered in the menu and that orange juice is fresh from a box. Dinner: i would say that the offered buffet meals were rather basic and not really appealing... it was just OK and could be improved. But all in all we enjoyed our stay!
