Detailed Reviews
The Staff was super nice and they were trying to help if I had a problem. They were many solo bathrooms in which you could take your shower and get ready in. The staff was trying to make me feel at home which I actually did and were really kind and useful. The house is cozy and small. The decoration is nice and the garden too.The free breakfast is delicious and vast. The emplacement is good and is near the train station. Overall, a very good experience!!!

An highly recommendable place, very friendly hostel with a really good atmosphere. Clean and nicely arranged, with comfortable living room and cosy patio. Also ideally located, only 2 minutes from the train station and not far from the historical center.

Very friendly, cute little hostel with a nice vibe and two lovely dogs. Very close to the train station and fairly close to the old town. I shared a room with 3 other travellers, no ac so it was a bit warm during the night.

+1
Stayed here for two nights in a 6 bed dorm with shared bathrooms.
Arrived here in the morning. The hostel is easy to miss especially as there’s not sign outside the house. The only sign is on the door, which is recessed, so easy to miss. The room wasn't ready, but that was fine because check-in was afternoon and I was going straight to Figueres anyway and I ended up checking in about 8pm. I was shown the dorm and around the hostel which has a kitchen, a living room with a large table and benches, plus a garden area with plenty of seating. The whole hostel is kept very clean, I was a bit apprehensive about a dozen people sharing two bathrooms, but it worked out just fine. Both the bathrooms were really clean despite being share with so many people.
The dorm was shared with 5 others, but it wasn't too tightly packed together. It had a balcony with a couple of comfortable chairs and to help with the hot summer nights, there was a fan and an air conditioning unit, so I was able to sleep despite the temperature,
Breakfast was included in the price andI thought it was good by hostel standards and for the price. Three types of cereal, fresh fruits, coffee, tea, cheese, bread, toast and even a orange juice machine.
Location wise, it's very close to the train station and about 5 minutes walk. It's about 10 minutes walk to the Rambla and max 15 minutes walk to the old town. Around the hostel are several mini-markets within a 5 minute radius, although it's about 10 to one of the bigger supermarkets.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay and if I'm ever in Girona in the future, I'd love to stay here again.

Can Cocollona is nice. The rooms are clean and look out on a very cute outside common area.
The staff members were friendly, but not very social and not very professional either. The outside area is closed and the hostel noise-free after 10, according to a sign on the door. But this did not seem to apply to the staff, who had a very loud social gathering outside until the early hours of the morning (when someone asked them to be quiet). The next morning the staff did not wake up in time to put out the breakfast. Some other guests and I found most of the breakfast things in the kitchen and set it up ourselves. By the time I left, 45 minutes before breakfast was supposed to end, the staff had still not woken up.

The hostel is walking distance from the train station and bus interchange but maybe 15-20 minutes away from the Old Town (where the attractions are) It's a good option (you don't have that many hostel options in Girona to be honest) for those wishing for a place to just rest (well, kind of for the most part except this one night when I had this guy who snored like a cow in labour throughout the entire night!!!) I honestly didn't sleep a wink that night!!! Social wise, just meh. The staff there are not the social kind. On the last night, I was told on my return to the hostel that they had given my bed to someone else because they thought I had checked out!!! Like, seriously?! Luckily, the owner of the hostel stepped in and arranged a new room for me. Yes, the situation was resolved but it should not have happened at all!

The six people dorm and toilet are small. I like their breakfast and garden, very nice!
It near train station but a bit far from the tourist place, have to walk about 20 minutes to old town. 属于便宜的青旅,人数不多,早餐和庭院都很不错。屋里还有两条大狗。只是离景点有点距离,不介意走路的话,是不错的选择。

The hostel is very homely, it's clean and comfortable. The host was a lovely lady who went out of her way to help us and make us feel welcome. The building is an old Mediterranean building with a terrace. Also breakfast was included which was a great bonus. I'd definitely recommend this hostel.

Great place to stay as a solo traveller or as a backpacker.
My 4 bed dorm room was spacious, and had a little balcony that you could sit on. Only one bed was a bunk which made the room feel bigger than if only bunk beds.
Plugs and individual lamps right next to each bed.
Staff friendly. Social atmosphere.
Breakfast included, basic but is a good start for the day. Good value room.
Bathrooms are small, but the water pressure is good enough.
Wifi is fast.
About a 20 min walk to Old Town, but the walk is beautiful so it’s no hassle!
