The best thing about the place is the location. It is literally about a 20 second walk from the basilica. And the old town part of Girona, though extensive, is not very big so you can walk it all easily from here.
The staff and check in was all efficient and professional. We never had a single issue in our one night stay. The front desk called us a cab upon request at check out and our wait was probably 2 minutes. They also were prepared with a map and suggestions and things upon check in.
The style of the place, including the room, is sort of museum chic or something. It’s cool and different. It’s very clean. The room was kind of small but if you’re just using it for sleep it’s more than adequate.
The bathroom was actually surprisingly large and very pretty, though I have a particular dislike for the stylish showers that don’t have doors, as this one does. The shower would be my biggest complaint.
I also thought the breakfast was pricey at 12 euro a person, but I have nothing to compare it to in Girona so maybe it was a good deal. Reviews say it is worth it and the foods are of the region so it was recommended. And it was good and there was more to it than the usual European hotel breakfast so I’m not too sore about that.
Other than that it was a comfy stay, quiet, and I would definitely stay here again.

Tal y como dice el título de su opinión, “gran hotel con excelente ubicación” es totalmente cierto y lo dice todo. El hotel está en el centro histórico por lo que se puede visitar todo a pie y apreciar las maravillosas calles estrechas del Call Jueu. Something about all the doors makes them slam. Room design is very odd, more like a love hotel with buttons for everything including the drapes. Plastic plants in the window are tragic.
Please: the days of TVs, mini-fridges, phones and wall-mounted hairdryers in hotels have come to an end.

The room was exceptionally comfortable. The location is excellent in the oldest part of the city with access to many walk-able areas and attractions. Free parking nearby. Due to river waters rising we could not park in the subterranean hotel parking but was not a big issue. I would plan to go back.

I reserved at hotel for late May 2022 stay and prepaid $1,235.25 on my credit card. I never received email confirmation from the hotel. I called hotel Tuesday April 12, 2022 to cancel reservation due to travel changes and was advised it could take up to 90 days for refund of $1,235.25 I advised the hotel this seems excessive, and that this refund should be immediate. The hotel advised they would try to expedite with their accounting office. I have spoken several times with the hotel since my April 12 cancellation, and still do not know when my credit card will be credited. I rarely book with hotels that require prepay, and I booked this time with this hotel since I stayed there in May 2011 and May 2018 and had very nice stays, and have recommended this hotel to others. I did not expect this difficulty, and this does not seem customer friendly.

We stayed at the Llegendes in late Nov. The hotel is well located on the edge of the historic center, thus being both easily accessible by car but also perfectly sited for walking around the historic sites, so we did not need our car after we parked it. There is very limited underground parking on site, so remember to reserve a spot in advance. The first room we were assigned had some electrical and maintenance issues, but when this was brought to the staff's attention, we were moved to a room across the hall which was better. Rooms are not large, but are well equipped and clean. The front desk staff, especially Daniel, was excellent. There is no restaurant on site, but there are lots within walking distance and Massana, which is phenomenal, is associated with the hotel.

Loved this hotel. Family of 4 (2 teens) for 3 nights Easter Weekend. Communication with hotel before arrival was great. Location is perfect right in in the heart of it all. Clean rooms, modern furnishings and bathroom, comfortable beds.

Stayed here for a night recently as the first trip away since end of confinement and it was awesome. Perfect location, friendly, clean, and we felt very confident that all necessary covid-secure additions were being met. The light switches were a little complicated for luddites like us (!) but I'm sure if we hadn't overly enjoyed the cava and then subsequent beers in Girona old town, we probably could have figured them out.
If I had to mention anything that I'd do different with regards to the room, it would be to have the Nespresso machine on the bottom floor rather than up the stairs on the mezzanine. But hey, that's the only thing! I would love to stay here again - and we only live 30 minutes away...!

My husband and I thought this hotel was excellent. Located beside the cathedral in the old part of the city means that it’s very easy to walk around and see all the points of interest. Our room was spotless clean and ample for what we needed. Shower was very powerful, as was the hairdryer. Plenty of shower gel, shampoo etc. There was tea and coffee and a kettle which was ideal as we were room only. There is a fridge with juice that you need to pay for, there was also two bottles of water and a bottle of cava that was free, after that we just replenished the water from a small supermarket very close to the hotel. All staff we spoke to were very helpful and pleasant, we asked the lady on reception one day if we could sit outside with some beers and she was great, taking the chains of the tables and getting us lovely cold beers.

Everything in the Museu Llegendes de Girona is good taste and service. Greatly located for visiting this beautiful city offers the option of free parking close by and the option of using it as a base for one day trips. The only minus is the rooms size that may be considered small mainly if you are travelling with standard luggage.

First, the location is amazing in the narrow, cobblestone streets of the old quarter. We were quite surprised to find that our room in this small, ancient building was more modern and used more technology than any hotel we have stayed at in the US. Off the lobby, there is a lovely sitting room/library and a bar. The day after we left, we got an email that we had left a shirt behind. They promptly shipped it to our home at minimal cost. We loved Girona and hope to return. Hotel Museu Llegendes is the only place we would consider staying. The service was exceptional.

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but if they don't have items like oatmeal, etc., there's also a cafe/coffee shop walking distance (1 block) from the hotel.

Si, el hotel dispone de plazas de parquing delante mismo del hotel y recomendamos que sea para coche pequeño ya que la calle y su entrada es estrecha, tiene un coste de 23€/noche.
