Poor service from staff overall. We signed up for €1 dinner at 8.30 but had to go ask a few staff members where it was, and waited until 9.15 for it to arrive.

Awesome place to stay traveling with a group. The bathroom was small and need doors. Despite this, the service is awesome! Manuel gave us good advices around the area. The breakfest was nice and we even had dinner for 1€!

Even though we arrived here kind of off-season and there was not too much going on, the hostel itself was exactly the clean and easy to handle space we needed and the staff was quick to give helpful tipps about Barcelona!

Beyond the four columns standing guard at the Plaça Espanya, beyond even the extravagant and colourful fountains guiding your way up the boulevard, stands the impressive and towering structure of the Palau Nacional, the national museum. At this very spot in front of the cascades of the central fountain, Freddie Mercury and Montserrat Caballe gave the performance of their lifetimes to welcome the 1992 Olympic Games to
this magnificent city. And true to its anticipation, the games transformed the city, reimagining the mountain of Montjuic with the development of an arena, stadium, and many other sporting facilities that are open to visitors year-round. Surrounding the adjacent side of the plaza are well-established hotels catering to business guests and a shopping mall transformed out of a historic bullfighting arena.
