We stayed there for 2 nights. Good value for money. Small room but with bathroom in it. Close to metro station and the receptionist was very nice. Tv in the room and AC. Placed in a good place in my opinion with a lot of coffee shops where you can eat amd drink the coffe in the morning

At about 1km you will find Barcelona Arena, Fontana Magica de Monjuic and Spain Square (there a lot of squares). The room eas tidy, a bit small...

I had to spend a night in Barcelona because I had missed my flight, so I ended up in this hostel, and I will regret it for the rest of my life. The receptionist (an old man) which is the owner of the place- charged me not once, not twice, but three times the city taxes, and because of the...

Pros: The owner is really nice, Wi-Fi abd Air Conditioner worked well, location is good. Cons: Beds were pretty bad, especially the pillows. In our room TV didn't work, but that wasn't problem for us. Over all it was safe and nice to stay in.

The smell is disgusting, not only because of people smoking: there is a lot black mold in the air con, which is very dangerous for the health of course. The pillow smelled like years of greasy hair accumulated. Not only is it is not clean but it's a health hazard. We did not even stayed for the night and we...

Staying in Montjuic

Neighbourhood Profile
Montjuic
Beyond the four columns standing guard at the Plaça Espanya, beyond even the extravagant and colourful fountains guiding your way up the boulevard, stands the impressive and towering structure of the Palau Nacional, the national museum. At this very spot in front of the cascades of the central fountain, Freddie Mercury and Montserrat Caballe gave the performance of their lifetimes to welcome the 1992 Olympic Games to this magnificent city. And true to its anticipation, the games transformed the city, reimagining the mountain of Montjuic with the development of an arena, stadium, and many other sporting facilities that are open to visitors year-round. Surrounding the adjacent side of the plaza are well-established hotels catering to business guests and a shopping mall transformed out of a historic bullfighting arena.
