Having travelled a fair bit hotels in Barcelona are expensive as was Hotel Condal. We paid over 230€ a night for a triple room for a very average place.

Location is phenomenal, just of La Rambla, 7 min walk to the marina, about the same to the Catalunia square.

Payed around €140 for a bed.( that's $200 in our money). you get very little else... no tea /coffee making facilities, no fridge, plastic glasses, paper thin walls...the people next door having an argument kept us awake most of the night...location location is not everything...place...More

Excellent location right in centre of Giona over the shops and within walking distance to everything including train, bus, restaurants, tourist attractions and La Rambla. The room was clean and air con excellent. Wifi was good and building has a lift and lounge room.
