We staying here for the weekend as we were visiting the boat show in Barcelona. The hotel is cool and the location is great, but for a 4 star hotel in a big city and in a prime location we were really disappointed with the service overall. We arrived after 11 pm to find our room was so small that...

Pros: - great location. you're closer to Passeig de Gracia and not in the midst of the touristy area.... which means, better restaurants, better shopping and being able to be around locals - shower was awesome - great hair dryer -- it's the real one!! Cons: - dirty rooms... somebody left behind used socks in our room. obviously the room...

We stayed here during 3 nights in the weekend. Arrived at fridaymorning and we found our hotel very fast. It's really nearby the Plaza Catalunya. We had the room on top op the hotel. It was very nice and clean. Big room and a nice bathroom, a lot of space to put your stuff in. The breakfast was large but...

The hotel is within walking distance of Las Ramblas. The Barcelona 'Bus Turistic' route also starts nearby, but you can hop on anywhere. The room had slight maintenance issues; bath tub was cracked and cables for the television by the bunkbed were loose. But overal the room was very nice. Clean and modern. We had a family room with bunk...

Superbly situated in the centre of the city a short walk from all transport facilities. Staff were very efficient and extremely helpful. The room was spacious with excellent shower facilities, a very comfortable bed and the laptop with fast broadband was a really nice touch. We stayed late October midweek and enjoyed every moment. One minor point, the breakfast was...

What a nice place. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and did recommend Us many good places to go. The location was good and the rooms was really big and clean. So recommendable to everyone. We had a family room with space for four and it even had a spa bath. The only minus for us is that breakfast...

Any hotel that comes with an iPod dock is worthy of at least a star for effort. But this was just one of the many nice touches of this hotel, which indeed lives up to its high-tech name. Fantastic spacious room with a massive shower area and a big desk. Sparkling clean and situated in a Greta position within Barcelona....

I have stayed here twice in 2011, travelling alone to visit friends in Barcelona. It is not a cheap hotel but has a modern feel and I think that the staff are very helpful. The breakfast is good and you can eat as much as you like. The enormous shower is wonderful and I love having a laptop in the...

Petit Palace Museum Hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Catalunya and walking distance to several metro stations. The rooms themselves were standard, reasonable rooms and were in a clean condition. I was disappointed as I thought there was a gym and sauna as mentioned on the internet, but I was unable to find it after looking a...

Really great area of Barceona. The underground is just a short stroll away and you're right in the heart of the city. Despite being so central, the hotel feels peaceful and thankfully doesn't suffer from street noise at night. The decor is really modern and clean, although you may find it a bit dark after coming in from the Barcelona...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
