Spent three days with a friend in apt 53, Top floor. Picking up key at a different location was no problem and matches the price paid. Spacious, fresh looking, well equipped, clean enough and nice to have a balcony. I was so pleasantly surprised when they emailed me I forgot my passport at reception and they dropped it off at...

We stayed for five nights in this apartment located in the center of the city. Adequately equipped kitchen if you want to cook on your own, eg breakfast. Dishwasher and clothes washer in the room. Room size was quite satisfactory. Only nuisance: reception is at an other address than the apartment which is not so close. Still we found our...

Warning! This is an unserious hotel! I booked an apartment and they made the mistake of giving it to me cheeper than it actually costed. So instead of letting me stay there (I’m talking about 4 nights!?) they claimed that my card was invalid and cancelled the reservation. Really bad manners!!!

Dear miam735, When a customer books a room we check credit cards to avoid any trouble before the check in. If it is not valid, we inform to the website comes this booking from and, then, if it still unvalid, we contact once again to the website agency to cancell it. Offers and special promos are on Cosmo Apartments, so,...

Very difficult communication and unprofessional reception. After 7 months they still did not return the prepaid deposit. Although everything is clear, they keep requesting for all kind of proof, and refuse to pay back. Absolute disgrace! Apartment was ok and well situated.

But very comfortable beds. The closet was very big and as good as the one to will have in your house. The bathroom was...

Fantastic find, right near Passieg de Gracia, train station only 5 min walk, easy walk to the Sagrada Familia. The apartments are new, well appointed, secure, safe, quiet and comfortable. We stayed as a group of 4, had a master bedroom and sofa bed. Sofa bed was very comfortable and had an innerspring mattress. We stayed for 5 nights and...

Ok, so the apartment was nice. We had a one bedroom apartment. Pros- close to lots of sights in the city, in a nice part of Barcelona, well equipped kitchen (and I did cook an excellent meal one night), comfy bed. Cons- I paid for cleaning service with my booking- was under the impression this was daily cleaning and a...

Late review but we stayed in November 2015 It's in a great location and the apartment itself was large, light and roomy. We loved the place. We arrived and rung the staff who showed us around. We also had a welcome pack which included the necessities. It is very homely and in a great position to get around. The weather...

First the good parts: the location is very central, the size decent, and the apartments are well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and cable TV. The cleaning and housekeeping ladies (who are not Spanish and probably from Central America) are pleasant and helpful. And here are the bad parts: the people running it and their Catalan attitude really needs...

We stayed at the apartment for one week and chose it because of the kitchen and the location. Very close to Passeig de Gracia and to the metro it is easily accessible. The building itself is not hard to find either. We were lucky to find someone at the reception when arriving at 5pm and were quickly shown the apartment...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
