First experience travelling to Europe and my first location was barcelona. Hotel Azul was very central in location in order to catch some of the touristic attractions and easy to get to. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms very confortable and spacious for a triple room. If you can afford the attic room go for it. It...

Nice and clean hotel with a big family room, nice receptionist and very good breakfast. Easy to reach from the airport and very close til Barcelona Sants. Very quiet. Liked it, but stayed only one night on the way.

We stayed at the hotel on the night of June 24. Our cruise ended in Barcelona and we arrived there early (before the time for the check in), we left our luggage there and we went to Montserrat. We arrived at night at the hotel and we were given the keys of our room, once in the room we were...

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and close to public transportation. We purchased City Sightseeing tour bus and bus stop was a 5 minute walk, very convenient. Continental breakfast included. Hotel key was old style with big key chain, very clunky and inconvenient. Bags weren't locked or secure while we waited for the rooms to be ready. They were left in...

This hotel was excellent for our families needs. We were able to accommodate our large family. Hotel was very clean. Staff helpful & friendly. Places to eat directly outside the hotel & walking distance to all transportation. Breakfast was delicious & the coffee maker was amazing! This is not a high end hotel but it is very nice overall! Oh...

I travelled to Barcelona with my family last week and stayed at Hotel Azul. From the moment I booked (direct via the hotel website) they were accommodating and sent an email checking all my details were correct and whether I had any specific requirements. The outstanding customer service continued when we arrived at the hotel. It was nearly 10pm, my...

This hotel is in a great location for a first time visitor to Spain. It is about 3 blocks from the hop on/hop off Bus. It has wonderful restaurants nearby. The staff went out of their way to help us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Barcelona, Spain.

Really good value for money, convinient location, close to Aerobus/metro, lots of space inside, our twin room had a 3rd bed in the lounge, and there was a kitchenette with a fridge as well. 2 TVs in the rooms, but we could only find few news channels in English, so a tip to the mamagement - may be it's worth...

Let me be clear, this is not a luxury hotel by any standard. However, considering its location and the plain and simple fact that it does everything you need a short stay hotel to do - it is great value for money. We stayed here for two nights, to go and see Adele in concert at the Palau Saint Jordi...

Fairly basic but very reasonably priced hotel in an excellent location very close to the Plaça d'Espanya. Friendly and welcoming night porter on reception when we arrived and all other staff likewise. Room comfortable with very effective double glazing and blackout curtain. Comfortable bed and hot, powerful shower. We went out for breakfast so can't comment on it. Plenty of...
