Just returned from a 4 night stay in this Hotel, in a quiet location just 2 mins walk in a little square off Las Ramblas. Very central. 5 mins walk to the port, 2 mins to the metro, lots of bars and restaurants. We walked to almost all sights within the local area with ease as Las Rmblas is pedestrianized....

Well located close to La Rambla and the metro station making a relatively easy journey from the airport to the hotel. The room was small and cosy. Had a good view across the square. Seems the rooms are not standard sizes as you would get in a modern hotel so a bit of pot luck on the size. Disappointing we...

For location you cannot fault this hotel. Rooms are very clean, bathroom modern and beds comfy. The breakfast was nice with an array of pastries, yogurts, cold meats and my favourite was the scrambled eggs. For price and location I would deffo stay here again.

We had bad start with the heating in our room not working and not being believed to the point of being told that we were causing the problem. Once we proved it wasn't us we were upgraded to an very nice room over looking the square and church. The first room had been very nice. Breakfast was fine with delightful...

Great location just a short walk from Las Ramblas, great reception area which makes a good first impression. Once out of the reception this get a bit more basic with little or no character remaining and no concept that you're staying in an 1840's convent which is a shame but for the price and location it's not too much of...

Excellent Location being just off La Rambla and just a short walk from Placa Catalunya. The room was a good size with a double and Single beds The Bathroom was compact and there were French Doors to a small balcony. The room was serviced daily. Breakfast was good but dont expect a huge selection for the cooked breakfast. An ideal...

On arrival into this hotel, we were tired and couldn't wait to get into our room to relax. The staff were not at all friendly when we first arrived and didn't give us a warm welcome. We were told to pay for a safe for our passports etc and then found out there was a free one in our room...

Stayed overnight in this small centrally situated hotel for the third time. The room was very clean and comfortable with ample space even with 3 single beds. The location is excellent and very quiet despite being within a short walk from Las Ramblas. The breakfast is adequate but could become boring if staying for any length of time....the only downside...

Me and my two 16 years old boys have been staying in the hotel for 2 nights. We got a room with 3 separated beds which was good. The hotel and room are simple & functional and clean so for us it did the service very good. Location near the Rambla, the Bukeria market and the metro L3 line is...

Staying in El Raval

Neighbourhood Profile
El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
