Very Good location, decent hotel. But not the best for that price. Stayed there for 3 nights service and breakfast was good. Didn't know the hotel didn't have power back up. As mentioned Location is main asset.
When you ask if you have a bar they do but it’s next door with a connecting door and so is always quite and empty.
We had a mini power cut that soon got fixed.
The Wi Fi works well and location is fantastic.
Spent two nights in a business trip there, location is good and walking distance to major places in the city. Hotel is clean and everything works but somehow not the best possible experience. Maybe people who are fluent in Spanish get it better.
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best
exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
