This was by far the best accommodation we stayed in during our two month travels across Europe. More a high class hotel than a hostel every aspect of Casa Gracia is beautifully finished to the highest standard. All interactions with staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs served delicious tapas. Close to transport and walking distance to the sights....

We stayed in a triple room. Location was wonderful, room was clean, staff were very nice, breakfast was good. Wifi in the room was poor, but we were on the top floor. I would return again and recommend it to anyone. Good value for money.

I just stayed here for a week, and I'm happy with my stay. I've stayed at other hostels before and this one is by far the best one I have stayed at. Me and my friends originally wanted to stay in a room for three people, but they were sold out so we stayed at "Dorm 6" which are rooms...

Great place with positive vibes - loved our stay at Casa Gracia!!!! We had a private apartment with a small balcony which overlooked the park, it was really nice. Room was on the 5th level. Only thing missing is a kettle to be able to make tea in the room. The bathroom / shower is tiny & leaked but its...

The hostel itself is really lovely, there was free coffee and a place to leave our luggage as we got there early. When we got to the room we realised it wasn't what we booked. We were going to get a normal double room but decided to upgrade just so we had a bath, that was literally the only reason....

This hostel was beautiful, my 5 friends and I shared a room and were very comfortable. The location is in a good location as well. The hostel offered a free tour in the morning that I went on alone, and made friends and enjoyed the lovely tour. One of the best hostels I've ever stayed at in my life. Must...

We stayed in Superior Double number 402 from 5th September for 5 nights. Casa Gracia has a very good location and the area of Gracia seems like a safe place and nice to wander around.. plenty of cafés and supermarkets. The communal areas in the hostel are always buzzing with people and are comfortable and stylish. I liked the terrace...

I stayed in Casa Gracia for 3 nights with a group of friends, sharing a private room for 6 people. We had an amazing time and were so delighted with our room, as it was definitely up to the standard of an upmarket hotel rather than a hostel. It was spotless, and was cleaned every day too. The hostel is...

Staying in Gracia

Neighbourhood Profile
Gracia literally stands out from the pack. It used to be an independent town until late into the 19th century. Though it’s just a short commute away from the centre, a visit here feels like you’re in a whole different city. The bohemian vibe has drawn many international artists to this area, resulting in a wide selection of galleries, live music and artsy boutique stores. The nightlife is centered around the vibrant Gracia’s plaças, where young and old gather to enjoy a drink outside. Carrer de Verdi, its main street, offers affordable restaurants and a movie theatre that screens new as well as classic films in their original language. However Gracia's greatest treasure lies just up the hill at Guell Park, where Antoni Gaudi's vibrant and revolutionary art sculptures stand atop unequaled views of Barcelona.
