We booked this last minute when our plans changed and needed a room one night earlier. We were not disappointed. Quaint property on a floor of a beautiful old apartment building. Hosts could not have been more helpful. You may purchase continental breakfast for 5...More

Just returned from a wonderful 4 night stay and what a little gem this place is. We had a late flight, with a slight delay, so did not arrive till 1am - but this was not a problem and check-in was easy and straight forward....More
Visiting with family, two teenage girls. Good location near passage de gracia, unfortunately all shops were closed! Friendly, english speaking staff. Basic facilities but clean. Would recommend for short stays.
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best
exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.

If you Google Boutique Khronos Barcelona, their website is the top result. Taxi direct from airport for four people (with one large suitcase each) in December 2016 was 40 Euro. We just gave the address to the driver, and he took us to the door. When you get to the building, Khronos is on the first floor (European), 2nd floor (American), around the landing. If you have large bags, I would advise leaving one person with luggage in the lobby and another going to check in. The staff was great about not letting us touch our luggage getting it to the room or back downstairs when we checked out. The elevator is very small, so they explained it was easier for them to maneuver since they were accustomed to it. Very friendly and helpful staff!
