Possibly the best stay I have experienced in a large hotel - incredible attention to every detail in a very relaxing, comfortable and efficient environment. Every staff member we interacted with was exceptionally helpful and informative. Just awesome!

The Arts Hotel in Barcelona is truly a lovely place. It is a bit of a walk to the center of the tourist area but is located on the waterfront. The staff is especially welcoming and consistently pleasant and interested in helping with anything you may need. The decor is lovely and the rooms are outstanding.

Pros: 1-Service: The staff was attentive, even by Ritz standards. There was a person who's job it was just to greet guests coming up from the street level entrance to the lobby floor. Every person you passed in the halls could not have been more polite. Maria at the concierge desk was outstanding and so friendly, and a shout-out to...

excellent service throughout attractive room with a great view was mystified that the female staff members were required to use the most garish ant tasteless lipstick, more suitable for a brothel than a high class hotel

Hotel Arts Barcelona is a first class hotel as you would expect of a Ritz-Carlton property. The location was terrific - right by the beach. The hotel was in great condition. Service was exceptional from start to finish. The door and bell staff were very attentive. The registration team was fantastic. Isabella was the first to receive us, but her...

I stayed here for a couple of days, never been to a Ritz-group hotel before. The staff is welcoming, friendly and speak multiple languages. Views are stunning and I loved the interior decoration of the common areas. The design of the rooms is a bit "classic style" perhaps but this is quite personal. Wifi is not free.

Fine. Not amazing. Weirdly designed with multiple elevators to get to where you're going. In my room you could hear all sorts of noise in the hallways and there was a very bizarre intermittent air noise in my room (not the AC/heat system). Lots of groups and it just wasn't a four or five star kind of place.

We stayed here 1 night before going on a cruise out of BCN. This hotel is amazing! As soon as we exited the taxi, they knew our name and never forgot it! The staff and offerings of food in the clublounge was outstanding

Staying in Ciutadella / Vila Olimpica

Neighbourhood Profile
Ciutadella / Vila Olimpica
The sounds of Marina Olympica's rocking boats and clicking mastheads swaying to and fro set an impressive backdrop for Ciutadella and Villa Olimpica. Follow the aromas of garlic, wine, and fresh local fish to the various restaurants running along the marina. A grand bronze fish statue soaring high above serves as a beacon to those searching for the renowned Casino Barcelona or the extremely popular nightclubs which practically lie on the beach itself.
