Fantastic location to stay for your visit to Barcelona. You are not more than a 10 minute walk from great shopping streets, restaurants, bars, busses and underground. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Room was small but had everything you would need for a long weekend break although I think there are larger rooms available. Breakfast is well worth... The hotel is perfectly situated. – Not only is it within a walking distance to all the most important sights in Barcelona, but it`s also close to the underground station. – The journey from the airport on a taxi took us some 20 mins (Friday evening) and cost some 35 Eur. The rooms are modern but the „basic” room was... More

We booked direct with the hotel and check in was swift and polite with a glass of cava, our friends had used booking.com & their check in was very different. Good location easy access to popular sights. Booked a room with a terrace as I like some outdoor space but probably not worth the extra, very shabby furniture on the... More

This is a hotel with a contemporary European flavor. Very clean, great price, walkable to major sites. Cafes and snacks on the street. Room has good amenities, TV with stations in English and number of other languages, great bathroom, comfortable linens, good storage space, and a fridge if you need it. This room can sleep three because is has a... More

We booked a room using an online site and unfortunately the site was unclear about the room we were booking. When we arrived we were given a very basic room that we were unhappy with. After talking with the very helpful staff we realised that the issue was with the booking site and the lack of clarity around the room... More

Stayed a weekend there with my girlfriend. The staff was friendly and welcomed us with a glass of cava. The Standard double room was spacious enough and quiet. The bed was really comfortable. We did not try the breakfast as it was pricey and looked average. The pool was closed on Saturday because of bad weather. It was opened on... More

This hotel is situated between the Sagrada Familia and Palau de la Musica and you can all reach them by foot. Breakfast was ok, room also with small terras. Swimming pool is very small with salted water.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We upgraded the room to one with terrace, closer to the pool. I advice you not to do that, only in mornings sun, and pool is very small. Not worth the extra money. The rooms are very nice and has some nice goodies, incl coffee machine. In the close area some very... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
