We recently visited Barcelona as a family of four for my son's 18th Birthday. We stayed 5 nights in a Suite with my wife and I in the main bedroom, and my son and daughter on the fold away beds in the main living space. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. The range of drinks available from the bar was excellent and a great range of snacks and bar meals available all day. The restaurant was equally excellent with a good range on offer both on the set menu and on the A la Carte. Breakfast was superb with a wide range of cooked options, cereals and pastries available. The hotel is located opposite a taxi rank, making it easy to get to anywhere in the city, and is also just a few minutes walk from a nearby Metro Station. Parking is also available for those travelling by car. Unfortunately the Spa was closed for refurbishment when we visited but the hotel had an agreement in place with the neighbouring hotel to allow us to use their facilities. There is also and outdoor pool and sun deck which I'm sure would be excellent in Summer but was not quite so appealing in a very rainy late January. Overall an excellent hotel and highly recommended.

When we arrived we were slightly dubious about the location however this turned out not to be an issue. We used the metro to get around (10 euros for a day saver), the station is close to the hotel, there is also Westfields shopping centre which is a 10 minute walk away and there’s a couple of restaurants/bars to choose from here.
The hotel was clean pleasant enough however our room felt too dark and we were given a family room even though we paid for a double so it felt rather cluttered with the extra sleeping spaces. They do not provide you with any shampoo/conditioner so be sure to bring your own as we made this mistake here! Staff were all super accommodating and friendly.
We didn’t try the food but the outdoor seating area for the bar by the pool is lovely and the drinks were a good price. Be sure to take advantage of the spa it has fantastic facilities including steam room, sauna and jet pools etc. Its one of the nicest spas I’ve been to and we used it every day throughout our stay. I would return to this hotel again as we found it good value and not as far out as we initially thought. We didn’t have any issues with noise as others have said.

We enjoyed our seven-night stay very much. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, the breakfasts were great and my son and I made full use of the spa and indoor pool as it wasn’t quite the weather for the outdoor pool. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the hotel was situated close to several metro stations and was a two-minute walk from a nearby sports bar. We had one evening meal in the hotel restaurant, which was very nice and we also ate once or twice from the bar menu. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay.

This hotel is in an industrial/rough area of town. The receptionist seemed to find her work a chore and the reception area had an unpleasant damp spa smell when we arrived.
The hotel is promoted as having a pool and spa but it is only open from 4-10pm and you have to make separate reservations for each visit. While it was included in the price we weren’t able to use it as we were eating out and it was then too late.
The main issue was the air conditioning and noise in the room. It pumped out hot air and the room was already hot - it was a most uncomfortable sleep for March and would be unbearable in the summer. The toilet pan also seemed partially detached from the floor.
We asked to cancel the second night of our stay at 930am the next morning. Same unfriendly greeting at reception and while offered a change of room there was a “computer says no” attitude to any refund.
In the end we left and found somewhere better in the centre.

Hotel is located close to the Bogatel metro in the outer circle of Barcelona center.
Rooms are spacy for shorter stays, not for long vacations. Furniture in room are ok, but outdated and used. Well function bathroom, but very poor light in there. Also a constant smell of chlorin in the room (from indoor spa and pool).
We received 2 towels that was marked, one with dirt tracks the other with old brown blood trace. Reception changed them at once. Breakfast and spa access need to be booked in advance.
Staff at reception and spa very friendly and helpfull.

I went to the spa area with a couple of friends and I was really looking forward to enjoy my time there. What a deception!!! The water was cold and when I asked to have it a little warmer they replied that it had been broken for a couple of days already and there was nothing they could do. If they had told me before entering I wouldn't have gone. At least they could offer a little discount. Because the water was cold everyone was in the sauna so I couldn't really enjoy anything of my time there. NEVER MORE

Lovely hotel just outside the city centre. Room was spacious and comfortable and the spa which is included in the cost of the room is well appointed and very relaxing. I was expecting it to be further from the city centre but it's only a 15 minute walk to the beach and Barceloneta which has some beautiful restaurants. There is also a metro station a two minute walk away which gives fantastic access to the city centre on line 4 (yellow).
All the staff are very friendly but I have to give a special shout out to Alexandra who managed to find the rugby match on Spanish TV on Saturday evening in the bar.
Would definitely stay here again.

Main requirement for visiting Barcelona was proximity to the beach and the casino at a decent rate. Since this hotel was around 15mins walk to the beach this was fine.
The hotel is generally clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I was offered a spacious room with a double bed which I was happy with although the only couple of gripes I had was that the space when entering the toilet seemed too narrow and the shower door didn't close properly meaning that the water leaked onto the floor outside and the shower had an annoying habit of dripping for 5 mins each time I would use it. Also on my first couple of nights I could hear the distinct sound of music at 2-3am in the morning light sleepers should be wary of this.
The house-kepping was of a very good standard always prompt and efficient.
Ate lunch at the restaurant once which was standard. I preferred to sample the numerous culinary delights of the city. Only tried the spa facilities twice during my 7 night stay but everytime I came out feeling revitalised after a busy day exploring the city.
I would happily stay here again on any future visits to Barcelona.

Just back from a 3 night stay. We were in Barcelona for a gig at Razzmatazz which is just around the corner. The hotel was lovely, with clean and modern decor. The spa is lush - steam rooms, sauna, jet pools. You get a daily visit for free as a guest and we really enjoyed this. We had the menu del dia one day in the hotel which was around 18 euros each and very tasty. Would recommend and will look to stay again if visiting Barcelona.

Highly recommended this hotel for the price. Every member of staff we came into contact with was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and cleaned to a high standard, the spa facilities are amazing and the hotel bar area is also very nice. We didn't use the restaurant at night and only had breakfast once. My only feedback would be that I think the breakfast could have been a little cheaper. But apart from that, I highly recommend this hotel.
