The free meal that me and my friends received was greatly appreciated. A lovely pasta dish was prepared and the dishes were done for us. This was unlike any other hostel I had visited across my 9 city, 3 week long, trip.

Hello seanswanston, Thank you much for your positive review. We are glad to read you had a great stay in our hostel! We take care about every detail to make sure you feel like home. Doing different activities, as the Pasta Night, is useful to know each other and be openminded with other cultures! We like you appreciate it :)...

Great place to stay in the city center. Everything ie perfect. Staff is very friendly and communicative, rooms are cozy and clean and what is most important the hostel is close to the very center of the city.

Great place to stay. Very clean, and each bed has it's own curtain, light, and outlet. It was also a great place to meet people because of the central common areas. I made more friends here than at any other hostel.

It fit for my neccesity. The room was clean. May not be the best solution for getting your locker key, because if you dont bring coins at mid night when you arraive, could be an issue. In general is a place with few beds that gives you advantage to avoid crowded hostals.

The hostel was okay nd provided everything we needed, but could have been much better. The rooms were very hot and the AC didn't seem to work well, the bed curtains fell everytime they were touched, and wifi posted things to my Facebook which I found very annoying to do every time I used the wifi. It also didn't work...

This hostel was one of the best hostels where I have been. Very good for solo travellers, you will meet easily other travellers because there is kinda one place where everybody is hanging out. Staff is soo nice! How my friend said when we came back to hostel one night; It's nice to be back home.

I stayed here for a week before transferring to a cheaper hostel. The wifi is fast, the showers warm, the staff kind and extremely helpful and up for a chat, the privacy curtains were a pleasant surprise and the beds were very comfortable.

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.

“If you're going to be getting up early in the morning get everything that you need ready in your locker the night before. It's very difficult to quietly get thing ready in the dark without waking you're fellow guests. You may want to use earplugs if you're a light sleeper yourself.”
