We stayed for 2 nights early November. They were very efficient in the reception. The room was on the ground floor. Huge bed which was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. It was about 18 degrees outside so the weather was still warm but I felt we needed an extra blanket on the bed. The room...

We visited Barcelona for my friends 40th birthday and thought we'd chosen a great hotel. The location was great and everything was going so well until the day we checked out. We checked out of the hotel and stored our luggage in the hotel luggage store as we had an evening flight. When we returned to the hotel about 6.30pm...

Dear Miss Claire277, First, apologize again for the disruption caused. It was our avoidable mistake that should never have committed.   Sorry that your impression was that we did not give importance to the fact. I can assure you, we did and immediately different people in the hotel, receptionist, director, bellboy, try to solve the problem as soon as possible....

I stayed in Room 106 which is on the ground floor with a very small terrace backing on to the "swimming pool" area (far too small to actually swim in). the back of the property is a little odd in that the modern hotel is has been built into what seems to be a courtyard of very rough dwellings with...

Dear Lous W, First of all, thank you very much for your time spent writing your opinion about our hotel. As you say, our hotel is built on an old modernist building typical of Barcelona. Excellent location, service, friendly staff. Very clean. Maybe a little pricey but worth every euro. They go above and beyond to make the visit comfortable and pleasant. I recommend the restaurant as well.

This hotel is very well situated in the old part of town to see many interesting places in Barcelona and is within walking distance of many of them. It is an old building that has been renovated. Very clean room although rather small but adequate. There is a restaurant and we had a very good breakfast here on two occasions...

The hotel is in a great location, close to the port and a five minute walk from Las Ramblas. Lots of good restaurants and bars close by and a good selection of shops. Rooms are spacious and decor is chic and modern. Rooms cleaned daily. Staff very friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
