The hotel is located in a historic building in the centre of the town, all sightseeing is in the walking distance. Rooms are beautiful and very spacious, with lovely terraces and views. However, the equipment is poor for a five star hotel (perhaps because of the pandemic, but other hotels managed to find better arrangements) - no water in the rooms, no slippers, no bathrobes, the gym is closed, the breakfast (no buffet) is very basic. There is no swimming pool in the hotel (but we were told that no hotel in the town had a swimming pool).
This beautiful facility, a repurposed Capuchin monastery, features well outfitted rooms decorated in spare Spanish style. The staff are friendly and efficient and breakfast and the other dining options are great, too. Very close to all the sights in the old town.
A nice hotel, nice building, comfortable, but not a 5 star!! Breakfast room is tiny so you have to queue, difficult to find anyone at the reception desk, and you would call room service and they don’t get the phone! So we went out for dinner...
Lovely hotel with modern rooms and great location. Stayed over NYE. Although the service was scarce due to the dates, they were all polite. Rooms are nice and well conditioned. It was a bit cold in my room when I arrived, but they all have air that can be individually controlled. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.
I have never been to a five star hotel that makes you pay 25 dollars to access the pool. In addition, the heat and air conditioning unit is controlled by the front lobby and we were told that they do not keep the AC on in the winter, so you have no control over the temperature in your room. We were freezing. You can find much better value elsewhere.
