We stayed for a night in October 2013. The location of the hotel is excellent - just on the Plaza Mayor (main square). Our room was quiet despite the location. We booked a triple room and it was huge. The bathroom was good. Cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. We travelled as a family.

...which - as you might guess - lead to a fair amount of noise well into the night. You have to take the bad with the good. Staff was helpful to accommodate our early morning departure. Room was quite adequate. Overall a good spot in a very nice small city.

I am writing this at 11.30pm from room 207 facing the plaza mayor. It is meant to be a superior room, and given that it is the most expensive hotel of an 8 day trip I expected better. The location is excellent but right now, and the same last night, I cannot sleep for the very loud music in the...

Not the dearest hotel on our recent trip but one we really looked forward to visiting and we were not disappointed. Very happy with Infanta Isabel. Is what it says it is. Rooms booked on cancellation with Sercotel well in advance price dearer nearer the time. Great views from superior room, we had double balcony, other rooms with less space...

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in a great location. The room was clean and the staff was amazing. I especially appreciate Sara and Azucena. These two ladies were extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I would definitely stay there again. The hotel has a great restaurant.

My daughter and I stayed here on her sixteenth birthday trip and we LOVED it. Such a great room with a fantastic view of the plaza. It was spacious and comfortable and right in the middle of town so that nothing was too far of a walk. The beds were a bit hard, but that didn't really bother us. It...

Segovia is another Spanish gem, more famous for its (fake) Alcazar than the two truly interesting sites: the old Jewish quarters and the magnificent Cathedral. The hotel Infanta Isabel is located right across from the Cathedral. Despite the private cars limitations, you can park right in from the hotel and they take care of parking your car and registering it...

Check in was smooth. Just shame we were checked into a dirty room at 3pm. The room had 2 single bed instead of a double. But we're good sized beds for singles. Hotel was well located in Plaza Mayor. Views over the square were great. Friendly and helpful staff

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel which is situated off the beautiful Plaza Mayor in the very heart of Segovia, the building was once an elegant residence. Our room was very comfortable on a bitterly cold day, the bathroom was spotlessly clean, if a little dated, but there was everything we needed. Breakfast offered us a good selection for a...
