This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The first visit was many years ago ( before Tripadvisor I believe) and naturally after all this time the hotel has had a complete makeover and total refurb. It is a smart, modern, clean establishment, The staff were very helpful and polite and spoke good English. We arrived shortly...

This is a good basic business style hotel at a very economical rate. The exterior is in need of some attention but the rooms have been nicely refurbished and are a good size. Comfortable bed although rather bouncy so for two people can be disturbing. Very nice shower. Excellent free Wifi. Parking in secure underground garage 12 euros. We had...

Being 15 mins walk from the old city centre, the hotel is somewhat cheaper but supposed rated at 4* - expected it to be more for business than tourist. The hotel is simply "tired" and in need of a sprucing up. The most uncomfortable beds we have experienced in a very long time. Lift service insufficient to cope with busy...

Hotel wasn't the best. Feels like it was from the early 60's and has been remodeled. Dinner there was sub-par and the dessert was fresh fruit that sounds appetizing until you find out it was a green apple with a green, hard pear. Shower worked but not well. I felt safe although the area around the hotel was a bit...

It really felt like a deceiving and a high deception about staying at this hotel. First it's not a 4 stars hotel because quality of bedrooms, service above all is disappointing. Then suddenly it worried even more to see that I felt unsafe, please see pictures. If you put all this together and paying the requested price of a normal...

We were walking the camino and when we arrived in Burgos there was no camino pilgrim accommodation available. We were exhausted and needed to find a bed. We searched and searched and this was the only hotel left with a room available. It was like heaven!! the cleanliness of everything impressed us. The rooms were spacious and the reception staff...

Unable to get a drink of any sort between breakfast and 8.30 in the evening. Staff send you to restaurants outside of hotel. The amount of toiletries in bathroom unbelievable. Soap and shower gel so small, not enough for 1 person let alone two. Had to go and buy soap and gel. Only 1 mirror in the whole room and...

Ruth checked us in and could not have been more delightful, such a genuine friendly welcome is rare. The rooms are a little dated but spotlessly clean and comfortable. The bed was large with crispy sheets. We did not have breakfast so can't comment. A friend of mine forgot a charger cake a day or two before which was quickly...
