Let's be clear here - this is a resort for French people and everything is set up for them , fair enough. I felt there was an undercurrent of why would an English person want to stay here and though the staff where not ignorant they were not bending over themselves either. We used the pool (decent) and the tennis...

We have been visiting Marazul since the mid 1970s, although not every year but having visited other hotels in Las Americas and Los Gigantes we always return to this oasis of calm and beauty (although August does get very busy). The sea pool (Flipper)offers excellent food at lunchtime and on special evenings. The staff are always friendly and helpful and...

We stayed here for a week. Rooms are modern and spacious. Didnt spend much time in hotel. We hired a car which I would say was essential as pretty much in middle of no where. views are beautiful looking onto the sea! No inflatables aloud in pool which i thought was strange! We were the only British family here, rest...

We stayed a couple of nights in a spacious, immaculately clean and well equipped apartment. The note of caution I raise in the title is because this development is not really Spain as I know. It is a corner of France transported to a Spanish island. The lower poolside restaurant is very good value and good food. The main restaurant...

We were only staying here because it was convenient to meet friends - we certainly would avoid it in future. Although the views are stunning (on the sea side of the hotel) the staff and fellow guests are cold and unfriendly to non-French people. We also found it a nuisance to have to go everywhere by car - no nearby...

I completely agree with Jarad from Warrington who puts it better than I ever could The hotel is between Callao Salvaje and Playa San Juan so ignore your sat nav and look out for the huge hotel WITH NO NAME or signage to help you, it's just on the left after the red filling station The car park is miles...

For: Great size apartments, very clean and modern, good value for the money paid. Against: a car or other form of mechanically propelled transport is an absolute necessity. Optimistically described as within Costa Adeje, is in reality located 15 miles from Christianos and 15 miles from Los Gigantes, 8 miles from centre of Costa Adeje, no aircon in the apartment....

I have stayed here twice. 2012 and 2014, both times at Easter break. short stay 2-5 days. I think the rooms are great. Good size for 5 of us. Huge balconies. basic but nice design and very clean. The hotel is part resident and part apartments. It is little France - 99% of the holiday guests were also French. I...

This is a comprehensive review so feel free to skip to the summary at the end for the quick facts and despite what you read here we had a lovely holiday for 2 weeks in Tenerife despite having to settle for this accommodation after being double booked by a company for our first choice. Marazul is a building that appears...

A wonderful apartment complex. Each apartment is extremely spacious and very well equipped. Make sure you book a room with a “pool view” as the sun shines all day long on this side of the building. Brush up on your Francais as most of the guests are French. A little remote if you don’t have transport but very close to...

“in the 2 bed apt the double room (en suite with shower) opens on to the balcony and i leave the sliding glass doors open overnight - with ear plugs as there can be some traffic noise. The sitting room also opens onto the big balcony and can sleep several people if needed. the twin room (next to the other shower room) is spacious enough. good wardrobe space. ”
