Stayed during covid crisis, the staff were very respectful and wearing masks all the time. Liked - Extremely helpful staff in reception to help with enquiries. Location is excellent with fantastic sea views....6min walk to harbour, 10min walk to bus station, beach, bar and restaurant outside. Spotlessly clean and kept throughout. Great utensils for simple catering. Washing up liquid and cloths for cleaning provided. Very comfortable beds and sofa/sofabed. Two working and quiet elevators. Very quiet patrons as neighbours around us. Spacious lounge and balcony area. Safe place to stay right in the heart of everything. Great value for money. WiFi fast and free available in lounge/balcony. Nice choccy wafers! Disliked · Due to the warm evenings, a fan in bedroom might have been welcomed. Difficult to get to the reception if immobile or disabled as several steps to undertake. San Sebastian is (for tourists) only a few streets long. Even during covid, many bars restaurants and shops remain open. It can get windy, most outside establishments have a plastic marquee and WiFi is freely available for patrons.

My wife and I stayed at these apartments in apt. 3A from 8th to 18th January. I booked early so we were given one of the larger apts. but this turned out to be a disadvantage. They are on the end of the block so they are exposed to the weather. This wouldn't be a problem during the warmer parts of the year, but in January when there hadn't been anyone staying for a while it was decidedly chilly for a day or two. The beds only had a sheet and thin cover so for the first night we had to sleep in our fleeces. The next morning reception gave us blankets which were very necessary. Why they don't keep them in the apartments is beyond me, they are kept in a storeroom near reception. There is an air-vent on the exterior wall that allows the cold wind to blow directly into the living room. The manager blocked it with tape for us.. So that was fine and after a couple of days the sun warmed the place up. The views are delightful from the balcony which is sunny for most of the day. There were a couple of strange things like there were two wine glasses but of different sizes. No microwave, no egg cups, no English TV channels, no in house wi-fi unless you sit in reception ? We were able to get Wi-fi Gomera if we sat on the balcony or near the window but one cannot stream using it so no UK TV on Ipad etc. Now for the positives, the manager and his wife were very helpful and accomodating. The maid service was excellent every day except Sunday. The location is excellent. It is very quiet. It is handy for bars, shops, restaurants. The furnishings were adequate and comfortable. I would return but would ask for one of the middle apts.

The apartment was comfortable and clean and quite spacious with a lovely sea and mountain view from the balcony. Kitchen was well equipped, with an oven, fridge, toater etc. Reception very helpful. Central location and despite this the apartment was quite quiet. Internet only available in the reception area.

If you want an apartment close to the town centre and the port, this is it.The gentleman at reception was efficient ,he even showed us to our apartment. The apartment itself has a good sized bedroom and bathroom and a generous sized kitchen and living area. All balconies have a view of the sea.I could not find fault wiith the accommodation.

These apartments are clean with a good view of the harbour. A nice balcony to sit on and a modern sitting area with kitchen. The bedroom has twin beds and aren't particularly inviting but the beds were comfortable for us. There is a safe that can be used in the wardrobe at a cost of a euro per day for the key. The downside is you have to go down to the reception to get wifi connection. The TVs only have local stations. We enjoyed our time here which was 4 nights before heading to Valle Gran Rey in a hire car for a few days to see the rest of the island. There are plenty of restaurants in San Sebastián. I recommend these apts.
