I stayed here for two nights earlier this year and enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and allowed me to store my bags until late on my last day when I had to wait for a midnight bus. The room was very comfortable - great bed, with a spacious bathroom for a small room. Wifi was good, as... More

We loved staying at Aida Pension. We got a large, clean room, with private bathroom, and the owner/host is the absolutely the best! She is friendly, helpful, and will do anything asked. Reasonable access to either of the 2 beaches. It is a bit noisy due to proximity to the railway line, but nothing to worry about.

We loved our stay here because of the very helpfull and friendly staff, the perfect location in Gros neighbourhood and the clean room. But please do yourself a favor by not booking here if you are sensitive to noise; not only the train runs really close to your room there is also the garbage containers in front of the pension... Acrosd the strert there is a eash and dry place and walking distance for a great pastry place for breakfast, Otaegui. Almost a short walk to the old town.... More

Very comfortable Pension. Nothing luxurious about it but spotless and well located. Can be a bit noisy as it is near the railway line. Staff, without exception, friendly, helpful and an absolute asset. Good price. Lots of nice cafes nearby for breakfast

The hotel is located in the Gros area os San Sebastian, but is a very easy walk from all the main sites. It was a 20-30 min walk from the current bus station but apparently the will be moved in Nov 15 and will only be about 5 mins walk then. The train is very close <10mins. We stayed in... More

The bin lorry sits outside the building for at least an hour on a Monday morning - not a good start to any day of holiday, let alone a birthday where you've requested a special room and are expecting to be able to enjoy the open windows! Fumes, noise, revving up and still it goes on - just dreadful.

We stayed at Pension Aida for 4 nights in one of their studio apartments. Our room was very spacious and had lots of windows that basically overlooked the stone bridge that the train passed over. If you are bothered by noise, this place is NOT for you. The trains are LOUD but fortunately they do not run late into the... More

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The welcome was warm and friendly by the receptionist who I presume to be the owner. The hotel is spotless clean and in a great location for visiting the tourist spots and to mix with the local people of San Sebastian. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
