The staff: are super friendly and speak at least 3 different languages so you will really at ease with them. They also gave us great advice about where to park, what to do and where to go which is always a bonus. Accommodation: 2 friends and myself shared a "triple bedroom" which consisted of a bunkbed and a single. It... More

We stayed here for the Running of the Bulls festival. Hostel was part of the package. Rooms were clean. Showers were good however not many shower units in the hostel. We were lucky to get a 3 bedded room as there were 3 of us (friends), so it felt like a hotel room. Location was good in the heart of... More

We stayed here as part of a tour for the Running of the Bulls festival in a 10 share room. We did not expect much from the hostel, and were not too disappointed with what we got. The rooms are dark and not well ventilated, this is a hassle when trying to dry clothes or vent out a room where... More

So I went to San Sebastian/Donostia in early June without a reservation and unfortunately the city is in the danger zone with lots of yearly precipitation that stretches all out from Bilbao to Bayonne in French basque country. It feels really disappointing when the pictures you have seen of the bay look nothing like it because of the persistent rain... More

Literally just got home from 2 days in San Sebastian and I would recommend everyone to visit it! We stayed in the Enjoy San Sebastian, it's a little bit out dated inside but the beds are comfy and really clean! We waited for an hour to check in due to confusion with check-in times but as soon as we rang... More

Check in took forever. We weren't staying in the main hostel (there are 3 under the same hostel name), and the directions were very poor on how to get to our one. Didn't even tell us the floor number. BUT amazing location in the old town, super close to the beach and the surf beach and amazing food and gelati.... More

We waited about 30 minutes to check in. The receptionist was rude, spoke foul language, was disinterested and expressed his hatred for tourists and his manager. This is all before we had our room key. Wireless was non existent and shouldnt have even been advertised. The room was basic and tiny, hard to fit 4 people and luggage, no lockers... More

Wifi didn't work (person at the reception unhelpful, just said that wifi was terrible). No lockers Paid for a 6 bed dorm, were put in a 7 bed dorm (not a massive deal, but you'd like to get what you paid for) Mattresses were uncomfortable, springs poking you in the back, clearly old. My bunk was bent in the middle... More

I really enjoyed my stay here - it's the typical fun hostel where you meets loads of people who are in San Sebastian for just a couple of days and you head out into the town together. The rooms and showers were clean and the Australian guy working at reception was very kind and helpful. The streets around were not... More

“We stayed on the 3rd floor in a 4 bed mixed dorm - it was quite a walk up but it meant you had less people walking around and two toilets/showers were around the corner from our room which was practical.”
