We didn't stay at the hotel long - our flight was delayed getting to Bilbao and we were en route to San Sebastian the next day. We informed the hotel that we are arriving late and sure enough reception was manned. The receptionist was helpful and showed us on the map where we were, what to see while we are...

We stayed there for five nights and in the third day when I had complained every day that a lamp has burned in bathtroom they said that we can change the room. It was totally diifferent: bigger, real bed without wheels under it and materials were better. We know that hotel is not the best but anyhow it was not...

We were to couples living in Pamplona and Oviedo each and we choose to visit Bilbao for the weekend. We booked at this hotel. At the moment of the arrival, a Friday night, surprisingly the person in the reception told me that I had no booking, that it was cancelled. I showed him the email with the confirmation, and the...

I was a bit concerned about some of the reviews I had seen but I need not have worried. Although the surrounding area was somewhat rundown I always felt safe. The staff were all helpful and accommodating. The room was small but well appointed. The walls were a bit thin but earplugs solved that problem. I even had a nice...

It is in good place, close to Old Town and there are few good bars around where you can eat breakfast or go for some drinks at night. The price is ok and the standard is pretty good for two stars hotel, it was clean and it had everything you needed. The staff is very kind and helpful and they...

We stayed there for one night, the location and the service are great. They've been very helpful about showing us where to visit. The room is clean and okay. There are many places to eat and drink near the hotel and always a parking spot in front. I would return the next time.

Besides the location, next to a little hipster enclave with some cool bars, and the friendly receptionist, I do not have many good things to say about this hotel nor would I recommend it. To put it bluntly, for 80€ a night, it's a rip off. The room was tiny, with an old creaky bed, a plastic chair from IKEA,...

When booking this Hotel we were not aware we would be on the edge of what appeared to be a Ghetto, with interesting characters on every street corner and what appeared to be prostitutes roaming about, so our approach to the Hotel did fill us with some trepidation for our personal safety. When asking reception if it was safe to...

I personally was not impressed by the poor state of the room. It is cheap, though, therefore you cannot ask for wonders. Very welcoming receptionist helping out with car parking situation. There are 2 hotel-owned locked parking spaces across the street.

I am a little surprised by some of the reviews. The Bilbi us a basic hotel, and the room prices reflect it. But it offers comfortable basic accommodation, secure parking and a good location. I can't fault it for the price.
