The only thing missing was a small fridge but it had everything I needed in a hotel for a few days from home. Its certainly one of the best I have stayed in over the years visiting different cities in Spain. One small problem was the towel rack in front of the toilet seat. Every time I stood up, I banged my head. I dont think it is neccessary as there is another rack above the toilet. Why have two?

This hotel is merely a 5-10 minute walk from Casco Viejo in Bilbao. Our room was okay. 5th floor, bright, windows had blinds that would block out any light at night. However, the beds were not so comfortable and one of them even made a lot of noise when you moved. Staff were ok. Do not expect a warm welcome from them.

Not a luxury hotel but it is clean and tidy, comfortable. Less than 10 minutes from the “Casco Viejo”. Decent places to eat less than 10 minutes. Staff very helpful and courteous. parking may be an issue in the area.

I will start off by saying this is one of the cheaper hotels in Bilbao and it shows. The rooms are not the best for cleanliness and I swear one of the nights I felt something crawling on me. Its close to the river and public transport but get back early if staying here because the streets around it are quite seedy. Cant comment on staff because short of checking in and out I didn't have a lot to do with them but as far as I know its a 24 hour desk.

Good , not Expensive and Very Clean Hotel with Exellent Location near the river in Bilbao City. Just 10-15 minutes walking from Plaza Nueva or Bilbao Central RailwayStation.Very easy to find. Very Friendly and Helpful people working there. The Hotel provide luggage store for clients. I did spent a time with Great Pleasure in this Hotel. My positive recommendations for Travellers looking budget Hotel in Bilbao.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The rooms were clean and the staff very helpful. Located a short walk from the old city we never felt uncomfortable walking to or from the hotel. I would defiantly stay again if I were to visit Bilbao

I stayed here one night with several colleagues while we were traveling through Spain earlier this month. I had picked this hotel since it was very good pricing for a hotel not far from the city center, and had decent enough reviews on booking.com and here. The staff was very nice (and helped with taxis to the airport the next morning), and the rooms were decent sized but very dated, and the AC wasn't working so our rooms were a little bit stuffy...enough so that I had to sleep with the window open.

Nice hotel if you like dirty rooms, mould, prostitues and drugdealers. Well i don't. The rooms are cold. You're happy if you get toilet paper. Our friend had bugs in her room. Another friend got police eskort when she walked home. Etc etc. Friendly staff though.

It’s a really bad neighbourhood, don’t go there if you don’t have to. When we got there the locals told us not to even go in that area, and they were right: we were nearly robbed.. The staff was nice but the room had mold in the roof and they did not clean.
