The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. They made dinner and taxi reservations and provided helpful information about the city. Our room, however, was not the greatest. We were told upon check-in that the hotel was busy and that we were going to get a room upgrade. We felt that the room, which face the street was not very soundproof. We could hear the traffic, people talking and dogs barking. In addition, the walls between rooms were quite thin as we could hear the person snoring in the room next to ours. The bed in our room made a squeaky noise every time we moved and was not the most comfortable. The room itself was nicely appointed with plush towels, robes, and hot water pot to make tea. If we were to come back we would definitely ask for a different room, perhaps on a higher floor.…

Conveniently located near both the Guggenheim and the Museum of Fine Arts, Hotel Miro is a gem! We were welcomed warmly each time we entered the hotel by the friendly and helpful staff. Our room was a standard room but with amenities such as a robe and slippers. The vanity and shower had a unique design, where mirrors could be seen from within the shower room and bedroom. There was hot water and tea available in the room. There wasn't any herbal tea but you might ask to see if there is some available. The room had a modern feel, and the best elevators. There is a small gym located at the lowest level.

We had a great room on the top floor of the hotel with a big king size bed and a view of the Guggenheim. Very friendly and helpful staff. Airline lost our luggage and hotel helped us coordinate getting it back. The breakfast was really good.

Attractive, very modern hotel, full of artwork itself, five minute walk to the Guggenheim. Great walks, pedestrian friendly streets, parks, fountains, restaurants, tapas bars, all within walking distance. Hotel is very clean, staff speak English, great breakfasts, good wait staff., honour coffee and drinks downstairs. We had a view of the Guggenheim out the window.

I love this hotel! I was given an upgraded room. I was given a ticket to the Guggenheim. I was helped with purchase of a bus ticket. It went on and on. Every staff member was friendly and helpful! The location is great.

Great hotel to explore all bilbao has to offer. Very near the museum and main areas. Lovely breakfast and rooms. Go for the museum view and you won't be disappointed. Great restaurants beside the hotel and honesty bar for a late night cap. Very safe area no issues at all would recommend.

Everything about the Miro is perfect. The location, the extraordinary view of the Guggenheim, the spacious rooms, the delicious breakfast - and above all, the staff, always ready to go that extra mile to help. We have stayed on several occasions, and I would never dream of staying in any other hotel in Bilbao. Looking forward to returning next year.

Great boutique hotel, well located with amazing service and great decor. Ruben, the head of concierge is amazing. All his recommendations for restaurants and things to do were tailored to what we like. We had the pleasure of meeting Esther as well , the hotel manager who personally assisted with few recommendations and with our booking for 2 more nights. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Miro and we are looking forward to go back!
