The hotel is very nice and well located. For the price, it should have more room delivery options and staff should be easier to reach by phone. The shower was not in good shape, water splashing everywhere. Some easy maintenance can help

It is a new hotel so except from some minor issues which were dealt with smoothly it us an exceptional nice hotel! The rooms are great and beds wonderful! The breakfast is a must as well! And if the weather is good have a drink at the rooftop bar full of local people and the best cocktail maker in town! Also the Japanese restaurant is great! Love my stay!

What a great new hotel in Bilbao. We absolutely loved the roof terrace bar for drinks and then the Japanese/Basque fusion restaurant Eneko for dinner. The staff are all top notch and the GM Jon Mikel was particularly professional and accommodating. The food at Eneko was outstanding, the Tempura of Cochinillo was one of the best things I have ever eaten, bravo to Luis the chef! A must for all who visit Bilbao.

Having the travelled the world extensively, this hotel stands out as one of our best experiences so far. The facilities have an attractive and sober modern design with a great balance of european flair with some japanese details. The service and the personell where top notch, extremely professional yet very close and with passion for detail. We had a wonderful corner room with all imaginable amenities and love to detail making us feel better than at home. The breakfast in the amazing rooftop restaurant was an additional great experience to start each day on a high note. The hotel is in a central location, on a wide beautifully tree ranged main street, with most of Bilbao´s key places in walking distance. Our stay was an overall outstanding and very memorable experience!!

Once we arrived at the front desk the exceptional days started with a wonderful and kind welcome from Christina, who took care for us all time during our 4,5 day stay, she and Jon the F&B manager made us feel home, welcome and a part “of the family”. Jon one of the best in his profession made our afternoon sun downers to a rememberal part of our holiday. He knows exactly what a 5star stay is about, enjoy and having a good time with fantastic cocktails - everybody should try the Marianito the Bilbao version of a negroni! Jon thanks for your fantastic way of being our host during the time in Bilbao. We will certainly come back, as the hotel, the location and the staff are exceptional in all means.

Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help with any request. We particularly were thankful and impressed with Jon Peña, he helped us with everything from sites in the city, to reservations for dinner and gave us options on the things we should not miss. He made our time in Bilbao fabulous. Hotel very nice in a great part of Bilbao. Easy walk to Guggenheim and across the street from Abando train station.

Great location. Bath products had the pleasant fragrance same as the hotel reception area. Front staff were helpful with late check out.the bathroom was good size and the beds were comfortable. The rate was also well in priced.
