Great place - close to the city, old town and airport - friendly staff - great bar with area to watch also sports/football matches. Perfect Gym from external provider in house and a professional outdoor swimming pool.

This hotel is so spacious and the rooms comfortable and not cramped. Lovely big bathroom also. The highlight however is the staff, they are super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great for us, as it is only about 20 minutes to the old town.

Overall a good place to stay within Bilbao hotel staff very friendly and despite not speaking Spanish insured we knew all that was required and helped as much as possible. Rooms great size and shower was excellent. Only room improvement I have was at the breakfast they have miniature sausages not the usual ones

We picked this place based on bookings recommendatoins and it did not disappoint! Was perfect for our one day trip in Bilbao to see the Guggenheim. Amenties and facilities lovely. Staff very friendly. I would stay again.

We were enjoying very much our stay at the hotel. Breakfast and service will definitely compensate some minuses and extra payments for most of the facilities (paid access to the gym, pool, parking) If you’re not planning to stay much around the hotel and it’s your place to rest after the whole day exploring Bilbao and it surroundings, it’s a good choice

This hotel is located close to the metro and is convenient for all that Bilbao has to offer! Just a quick taxi cab drive away from the airport! You will not be disappointed with this hotel!

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic place , clean and friendly with loads going for it. Make sure you visit Bilbao and stay here! Within 10 minute walk of casco viejo and the centre , great facilities with friendly staff and rooms that are spacious , clean and have nice big beds. The city is at your fingertips from here and you won’t regret the stay!
