Everything was OK. The only issue was with the quality of the breakfast buffet. The quality was not good. We expected at least a better hot menu with omelets and other products of better quality. The Staff was very good and trying to help and solve this issues.
The hotel itself is in a fantastic location and has friendly staff, clean rooms and is decent overall. However, it fell short on many promises - the air conditioning was like a fan, no cold air at all despite being set on the lowest setting. Family room was due have free gift for the children but none supplied. The room service messed up meals and while they charged us, some were missing along with drinks so had wait 15min for them be prepared. The women's sanitary disposal bags were never replaced. There were hairs in the bath upon arrival. The vending machine in the lobby was out of order for two days. These may seem small things but in a 4* they are usually taken care of and attention is paid to detail. It suited us for the 3 days we stayed but I would look to book elsewhere in future. …
The rooms are very nice and well kept. Good breakfast available downstairs. Across the street is a large park with many paths and an extensive aviary zoo. The staff are very helpful with any questions you may have. It's a luxury hotel at mid-range pricing.
Situated at the best citie's place. Very good views, fresh air, a nice walking area around. But the hotel is not 4* obviously. 3 stars if you are really kindly and loyal for Melia person. Perfect to spend there 2-3 days going shore and mountains routs.
Comfortable hotel on the edge of the biggest and nicest park in town, not far from the football stadium. Fine rooms and buffet breakfast with a ot of different possibilities. The hotel has optional and paid parking.
