Stayed with my family for a marriage celebration at the same hotel. Facilities are fine, but we missed some garden and openair spaces. Sercice is nice and food, fine too. Very close to the very city center and a short walk away from El Pilar and roman area. Worth staying, at keast once.

Why does it take so long to check into a hotel, it's not rocket science for God's sakes. After a long days travel I don't need to wait half an hour to get a room. It's like a qoverment department or something

A gem of a find, we got a double room for €84. The hotel is at the upper end of Five Star with great staff and facilities. It is also in an excellent city center location close to all attestations, sites and shops

I stayed here for 1 week for business from the USA, so my review is inyended for those famoliaar with travel in the USA. The room was very nice. No microwave or coffee maker. There is a fully stocked minibar. The TV never worked, but this was no big deal for me, as I wanted to explore the city, not...

The Palafox is situated between the Cesar Augusto and Independencia avenues, but on a quiet side street between them in an area filled with bars and shops. It's about 15 minutes by foot from the Plaza de Espana on the edge of the old town. The hotel is well appointed, seems to be largely a business hotel that works well...

A modern hotel within easy walking distance of the main city sites and a selection of restaurants and plazas It has the convenience of a car park opposite the hotel. The staff were pleasant and efficient. The bedrooms immaculate, the breakfast especially good but the highlight of our stay was the rooftop pool and deck, a peaceful oasis after a...

It is always a pleasure to arrive here. The reception was very nice and quick. The c ar was parked in the parking of the hotel and as the weather was very nice we jumped into the swimming pool. The only complaint was the temperature. Over 40 degrees!!! but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

Arriving very late the gym was closed but apart from it, the room was big and nice, very clean, exactly what you are waiting from a five stars hotel. Large areas to park the car for free in the surroundings. I usually go to Zaragoza for business and I think that I have found the correct hotel!

Rude & dumb reception with an attitude, the same with the duty manager. For some reason I booked a 2-person room thru Agoda with an official receipt but their "system" showed one, then asked rudely said their system booking didn't match. What a way to greet you after 12-hour flight & 4-hour of driving!
